I probably missed everything cus I was sleeping but I hope you are okay.
From what I read down below... I've had a possible appendicitis too.
However mine did stop hurting after a while which amazed everyone.
It turned out that I only had a rumbling appendix, meaning it got better on it's own without the need for surgery.
So it's not always bad if it does stop hurting.
