Job rant

Since my job is pretty strict about saying where I work, this feels like the safest place for me to rant. Next month, they're rolling out a system to grade production. This would've been fine with me, even though I'm probably the lowest production wise on my team, I was still well above and safe. So I was told that production was moved up to 115% instead of 105%. Fine, I can do that and above easily. Then I had a shock when I entered my numbers last night. The amount of work I did would usually net me about 140-150% was only 97. I felt pissed! How did they manage to bring that down?! I might as well been email a link to monster.com. They raise the score to meet production and then increased the amount of work needed to achieve it. So, you guys might see me role playing here more because I know I'm going to be fired in three months
