kil l me now
so what happend to roleplaying? the times when everyone talked to everyone, and making friends was a priority? now friends i will make my ship come true era has came ; i am so ing dissapointed, like seriously, you are gonna judge a person by the character they play? smart, very smart /claps; i wish i could find one roleplay where people do not ing face chase like crazy ; i mean sure, you will try to talk to your bias more, but that does not mean that you will just kick everyone eles away simply because you do not like the character they play, me in what world do we live - i am so sick and tierd of facechasers; i mean i always try to talke to everybody bais or not bias, i like to make friends and see new ways of how people roleplay ;  well someone can come to me as jimin ( ultimate bias ) if they roleplay like ; i'd just be like fml ; people wake up really x ux sorry for ranting, i love you guys //winkwonk.

Don't mind me but I've also been on both sides I think with this. But as someone who mainly does international rps now rather than Korean idols or ulzzangs it can be a little challenging finding someone willing to rp with you because of who you're playing as. Although I've come to realize my backgrounds do need to be worked on more so that I can see maybe that's one reason someone doesn't want to talk to me, but then again I've seen people with no background development if they're playing as a popular idol and sometimes people flock to them quickly you know? *sorry if I made no sense XD Lack of sleep kicking in*

But any who.

So yeah: I don't believe face-chasing is entirely the problem but it does happen sadly. Reason why I've kinda branched off from Kpop roleplays and tried anime or gaming based ones. You don't see it as much in these fandoms...or maybe I'm wrong.

i've been on both sides of this. i have similar experiences when i roleplayed a character who was not-so-popular but was my muse atm and only got to talk to a few people. however, viewing it from the opposite side, i realized that i didn't want to necessarily reply to everyone if i wasn't an admin. it wasn't so much what character the other was playing, but rather if i saw turn-offs in their writing (like bad grammar, not literate enough, etc.), then i wouldn't bother replying. because quite frankly, it would be a drag to roleplay with them, however mean that sounds (and i would understand if others said the same about me).

hi you don't know me but i totally agree with you like i sometimes roleplay
as a less popular character but still known in a way but i always seem to
get overlooked like i try to talk to everyone but i still don't get jack lol but
if i play a popular idol then bam! it's the opposite even tho it's great and
all i feel very overwhelmed

For me it doesn't even matter which chatacter I roleplay as, I still get ignored. It's sooooo annoying but I am starting to get used to it.
