They are everywhere ._.
Stop using korean phrases in serious roleplays.
It isn't cool, it isn't an accessory... it isn't necessary at all.
Going all "Annyeong, my name is Pinkunicorn! It's nice to meet you hyung!" fills no function at all.
If anything, I do believe that your character is talking in English, just adding some Korean phrases whenever they can.

please... from the bottom of my heart I beg you; don't!

(Same goes with Japanese. I will flip the next person calling my character "kawaii"

The only Korean terms I can handle in rp's is hyung, noona, unnie, occasionally sunbae, and oppa. Because I do like keeping the culture and the respect. But people write, "waeguraeeeee~~~" and i'm like "???????????????????"

dude i absolutely agree with you i mean i used to do that when i was just a total
noob to rping but now i never use it i just greet people with like "hello i am ______ a pleasure
to meet you" i have been guilty at times where i accidentally slip out a korean phrase without
knowing but now i try not to do it

I have to agree. You don't have to use Korean phrases (most of the time people just don't get them right) just because you have a Korean character or same for Japanese. Instead I just imagine my character is speaking whatever language they're speaking rather than adding in 'hyung' or whatever.

Kawaii doesn't annoy me too much but it is kind of a turn-off when it's used more often then not -__-
