It is the time of change. Innos, the deity of light and fire, has relinquished his rule over the land as it now fall to Bahelet, the deity of death and shadow, to rule these lands. It's will twisting the very ground as it's rule becomes clear.
The great nation of man now hides away in their great walled off cities, waiting for the long winter to end, as unimaginable monsters prowl the lands beyond.
Now, only the brave and the foolhardy travel between the cities, trading and bringing news. Guarded only by the knights of the Burning Rose, men and women who have devoted their lives in service of Innos.
Brothers. Sisters. Will you follow me into the night? Protecting those who wish to brave the darkness of Bahelet? We are the flame! And Bahelet's minions are but moths, to be burned by our presence.
