So I've been on and off rpr because I can't really seem to leave and forget rping but I also need to get my priorities straight. Plus I've lost my muse and motive for anything on here. I've shut down all of my rp's and got rid of all my chracters all for this one thing I've decided to do:

I'm making a new rp.

Sonuds like something you've heard from me before right? Well this time it's different and it's something productive. I've gotten rid of all my characters only to have 2 just for this rp.

It's an AU Korean language learning rp. Some of you say you want to learn korean but don't know where to start or don't want to do it alone. Some of you are like me and can't simply study alone, we just fall asleep. Some of you learn better in groups and it's more fun when you do it in a different style right? Now this sounds like it would be dreadful right? You come on here to have fun, get away from reality. Who says you can't do that...and learn a language at the same time? Usually you face claim then make a life for them. This time it's the same BUT you will have to emerse yourself into this world even more so.There is still a face claim but there will be IC and OOC events. Those will be explained at those specific times. But basically you'll be practicing the korean you've learned. This is actually pretty difficult to explain now that I'm typing it all out...

For events, it'll be things like a certain situation you might run into if you were in Korea and you'll have to react with the korean you've learned, you will react to that situation ONLY IN KOREAN. Whatever you know at that point is fine. Everyone will be at different levels and that will be known to everyone joining.People will be doing different things since they're at different levels. There will be different resources as rooms and even more explanations for that moment. There will be a room for you guys to share your sns accounts if you want to connect that way with each other to practice more. There will be a resource room and more information for you guys if needed. There will be a room to ask questions. And if possible, we will have native speakers (if anyone has joined) and advanced speakers to answer those questions for you. Since this is text based, you're really just practicing your writing and reading but you can always practice speaking as well. Everyone is allowed 2 characters only for the purpose of experiencing a situation as a certain gender. Say you want to experience what to say as a boy and as a girl, that's what the 2 characters are for so use them respectively.

But wait? How do we rp if we can't speak English? Technically, you can really only roleplay when there are events or if you are advanced enough to put yourself through that. This place really is for situational rping. So if there is a new cafe opening event, certain people, depending on your level, will be able to do certain things. Say you're a beginner and can only say 'hello', 'please', and 'thank you'. You can go with some other person(s) and they order for you then you use those three phrases on them. From there you can do what you please...as long as it's in Korean. So you can end it and say 'bye' then go back to learning. the events will be open for a while so you have the chance to comeback and try new sentences out.

Don't worry about activity because you are learning something new. I want you to take your time so that you're able to have fun with this. Of course more will be explained once the rp is up and all but this is just a heads up. This is a place where you'll be able to take your time so that you can utilize your new vocabulary. This is just a quick explanation of the rp to see if anyone is interested really, and if they have any questions, concerns, comments, and suggestions, leave them in the comments before and after the place opens.
