Your girl is trying become an all-around more healthier person. And I need tips and tricks and hacks to get this done. If you have any to share about the following topics, please do not hesitate to comment.

- college stress [ it's gotten to the point where I can't really sleep at night, because as soon as I'm on the brink of sleep, something pops up in my head and prevents me from doing so. How can I help this? It's become a problem, to the point where I'm so damn anxious all the time. ]

- acne [ developing adult onset acne, along with the oily skin and massive-sized pores I've been dealing with for years now. So now not only do I have to worry about a  ton of blackheads and sebum production, and pores as loose as your mom's , but I've got large swollen, and very very painful cystic acne. Do you guys know anything to battle both of these at the same time? I can't afford a lot of the good quality products, so cheap alternatives work out best for me. But if there are any must-have products that I can get on YESSTYLE than please do share. This includes makeup that's good for oily, and acne-prone skin. I mostly would like to get into Korean beauty products for now. ]

- I'm naturally and genetically on the heavier side, but alongside my stress, I don't live the most active life. I really want to get into shape and lose some of this excess weight, but I don't have any time or motivation to do something serious. Not to mention I love my foooood. Any suggestions? I'm also an anxious, depressed, and excited eater. I also eat when I'm bored and got nothing to do so pls help. Although ironically, I don't each much at all. I eat maybe one full meal a day, but it ends up being at like ten at night, [ and tbh its a huge portion bc i think i need to compensate for not having other meals ] and for the rest of the day I nibble on random . I also can't afford a lot so. As far as activity goes, I love dancing but I'm too introverted for clubs, and I have a doggy I need to walk but sadly skimp out on long walks for him ]

- I have no motivation to do nearly anything anymore, I find that completing an assignment or even a daily household thing, takes me double or even sometimes triple the amount of time it should be. Or I have so much motivation at first, but then as I actually start to attempt the task, I lose it very quickly and half the rest.

- This recent year, I've been dyeing and bleaching and being incredibly mean to my hair. I've never really had exceptionally soft or silky hair but I know that it is a achievable, and therefore I want to try to achieve it. I'm getting one last dye at the end of this month, to get my hair to a more neutral color to let the rest of my roots grow in, and that will be it. Do you guys know of any at home remedies, or DIY hair masks and / or treatments that I can do for my hair? What about shampoos, conditioners, or treatments that I can buy any grocery store or even CVS? Right now I use Aussie and every week I do a coconut oil and egg hair mask.

- I'm an avid nail-biter, but since I've been taking better care of my hands, I want my nails to look good too. I started growing them out and resisting the urge to nibble,  but my nails are still so incredibly brittle, so they tend to break off anyways. How do I curb a nail biting habit, and do you guys know of any tricks to make nails healthier?

I NEEEEEED TIPS PLS AND THX

JUST GIVE LIFE TIPS BUT USEFUL ONES, NOT LIKE "JUST DO IT" OR "THINGS WILL GET BETTER"

also financially, I'm struggling hardcore so pls keep these low cost, unless they're holy grail items that I can save up for.

Stress: my bio teacher suggested meditation. Google "mindful meditation". We just tried it out today and it was really calming, with this music
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfcAVejslrU
Its really good, try to sync your breathing to it, focus on nothing except your breathing or tapping your finger against the table rhythmically, or something. Do it 10-20 mins a day, and apparently you'll see a difference in a week or something

im so sorry but idk how to help you deal with the food thing - im a person who doesnt eat a lot, 2 meals a day, no snacks, no sugar, etc. I'm so boring istg. but really, sugar is the evillLLL. says my bio teacher. not only does it contribute to weight gain, it directly correlates with acne too. If you gotta eat, sorry bro but maybe munch on carrots or something XD <#33

motivation to do work: idk but um for me, bc im a very materialistic person, all i think is "i paid for this" and i can't waste money bc i already have no money so i doit om g sorry its not helpful but sometimes forcing yourself is the only way. God I hate all my courses, i hate biochem and calculus and vectors and stupid but at the end of the day i gotta impress myself and get into harvard or some e

whew im typing this during my business course and i hope i covered most but if you still have questions and need support ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE SKIN PLS ASK <33

ACNE - mME. Use products with Bha/AHA, tea tree, honey, aloe, etc. Sheet masks 1-2 times a week saved my life (went from dull to a shining beauty). Clay/mud masks. Corsx is a good brand for acne prone skin (I've heard amazing reviews about their Pimple Pads). Just keeping face clean in general, drink enough water, avoid oily foods. Have you tried 100% tea tree oil? Since Tea tree is an essential oil, its okay to apply directly to face/acne. Sometimes i add a couple drops to my toner when my face is getting a bit rough so i can just spread it alllllll over. Oily skin is just something you can't really fix, but theres mattifying powders like Innisfree no sebum mineral powder. I have oily skin too and i just soak it up with some blotting paper halfway through the day loool - but it works so its not dumb. Blackheads, you can try a pore strip (usually for noses so if you have blackheads elsewhere message me and i have some more tips for you eyyy. However be careful if you have sensitive skin bc this hurts. Do some exfoliating once a week (but no more or you'll be thinning out the skin of your face and when you're my mom's age you'll experience hyperpigmentation or even rosacea. Finally if you can maybe visit a dermatologist and they can prescribe you some medical spot treatments (it worked for me ish)! My derm also suggested i stop drinking milk and take vitamin d supplements but you should double check if its okay for you

I have a friend who just dances in her room and that's how she exercises, so no problem if you're
too introverted! Dancing is just fun lool

There's this thing called geocaching. It's a worldwide scavenger hunt, where you have to find real life objects. I've seen people pair that with running, and it probably makes it more bearable.

go outside. just sit outside.
it's a start.
then after a while start walking outside. maybe inside stores.
just take a lap around walmart or something.
don't get tempted to buy anything greasy, settle for a salad because tbh salads are delicious. white chicken, cheese, no ranch. don't eat all the chicken and cheese before you finish your greens. take a big bite out of the greens, then take a bite of chicken as needed.
honestly, swimming is a great start to exercising, but an easier way to start exercising is to start walking. drag someone along with you to walk on a trail or something. it'll be fun, you can talk, just walk for however long and walk back.
then start walking on an incline.
and once you feel comfortable being outdoors and walking long distances, start hiking. it's fun.

*also takes this advice for myself*
