About Mingyu: Mingyu is from a chaebol family. He is the second born and he’s always lived in the shadow of his older brother. Mingyu was always kept as a “backup” in case his older brother wasn’t to his parents expectations and therefore his parents would keep him at home as much as they could, monitor his every move. And Mingyu put up with it, he wanted to be the model child for his parents. But as he grows older, he realises that he can’t live like this, not when his friends are out having fun. 
Hence why Mingyu has told his parents that he thinks it’s time for him to fly the coop and pursue a passion he has had. Photography. His parents were not happy, and said that if he left, they would cut him off. It was an easy choice, he left. He thought LITH would be a good way to at least make some friends.
