sound manipulation (subpowers: sound immunity, sound conversion)

1. can only manipulate the sounds he made himself (e.g. he can play an instrument or do whatever to make noise and use it, but if it was someone else talking, for instance, he can’t do anything about it) ; 2. he can manipulate frequencies, but the initial sound should be within his hearing range (if it’s too far or his hearing is impeded, he will not be able to utilize his powers) ; 3. weak to sound nullification / silence-based powers ; 4. by immunity i mean he is able to resist what other sound-based powers can do like siren voices. he’s as susceptible as anyone else to hearing damage and such if that makes sense ; 5. his sound conversion is limited to destructive, kinetic energy waves. he can only convert sound to kinetic energy but not vice versa ; 6. he has no control over the resulting energy as his powers do not involve kinesis, meaning there’s a good chance for it to backfire.
