  • BASICS:  third pov, past tense, semi to multi-para.
i can certainly do first pov but only for shorter threads.  i am more comfortable with third pov overall.
+ past tense; i'm very specific about this because i feel like past tense is more flexible when dealing with time shifts, such as moving from one point to another.  note that i do not expect my partners to write in the past tense.  if you are more comfortable than present, by all means, continue to write in the present tense.  just know that i may either try my best to mirror you, or just write in past tense because i'm more comfortable with it.
+ my replies vary depending on what i feel my character will and can do at that given moment. i will elaborate on this in the next section.
  • MIRRORING:  feel free to not mirror.
i do not think it is necessary to mirror.  sometimes i feel like it is more restricting and impedes on the flow of the thread.  even if i give you a multi-paragraph reply, i will be more than okay with receiving a three sentence or so response.  i would rather not force any of my writing partners to word vomit just to mirror the length i give them.
+ why?  let me put it this way: when you are having a conversation with someone, do you always speak an equal amount?  when you are sitting in a kitchen with a friend or a family member and they are cooking and going around the kitchen while you are simply sitting and listening, is that a mirror exchange?  i like to view responses that way.
  • ACTIVITY:  7/10
  • MUSE:  8/10
+ if you see me begin to get selective with my responses, it does not mean i don't have muse for our plots.  it just means that i feel like i have to think less with the thread i am replying to, if that makes sense.  i try not to be selective, though, so this happens very rarely.
