Welcome to Sunset Boulevard
❝Sunset boulevard - a picturesque street in a picturesque town of perfect little people living their perfect little lives. It looks like a scene out of a commercial for butter, bright, happy, yellow. The city is just up the highway, a ten minute drive, making this town even more ideal. But there's a dark secret in the underground of this region. Not unlike the burmuda triangle, people have a way of just knd of...vanishing. Turning down a familiar street after saying goodbye to a few friends, and suddenly something's just wrong. It starts with a feeling of being followed, and escalates quickly to someone snatching you when no one is looking, and suddenly you're starting your new life as some sociopath's new plaything. You're pretty sure you saw a body in the corner as he was tying you up, but you can't be certain, and maybe your eyes are playing tricks on you. But then, when you plead with him to let you go, something even stranger happens - he looks at you with pain in his eyes, asks why you want to leave him, and tells you he's loved you for so long. You call him a name, spit in his face, and try to make a run for it, and suddenly you're caught in a much more dangerous, bloody, and violent game. He's not going to let you go, and he'll break your bones one by one until you stop trying to leave him. If you behave, treat him kindly, he'll soften up. You'll get rewards, instead of punishments. He'll bring you things - your favorite foods, new clothes, video games, anything you want really. But if he gets so much as a hint that you're lonely, or unhappy, or miss your friends, then you've entered the next level. He'll bring you anything to keep you happy - even more people.
