Lucia Boarding House is an elite boarding house located in Wonju, South Korea. The academy established in 1994 when there are so many boarding houses in the entire country, mostly in big city like Seoul. LBH was originally builded for students who studied at Yonsei University in Wonju.

Started as a small boarding house by a Spanish-Korean descent, Mrs. Lucia Kim, LBH now becoming an elite and big european style boarding house. Not to mention it's size that ridiculously big for a boarding house. The boarders mostly students at nearby highschool or college, but some are job-seekers or they who already have permanent job in Wonju. 80% of them are Korean, 15% Japanese (since Mrs. Lucia Kim married with a Japanese) and 5% are foreigners.

LBH is not like any other boarding house. LBH is more like school dormitory complete with facilities like cafetaria, gym, pool, library, even some extra-class for some subjects with certificated teachers. All the best for the boarders.

003. this is an au-roleplay, means you're not idols here.

004. you can use 1st pov or 3rd pov. be sure to use brackets when talking ooc.

005. one character per soul. but you can add another character if you become active for 3 weekS. And remember, You can only apply for a character that you reserved and added for you. Application for characters that you didn't ask for would be ignore.

006. The theme for this roleplay is boarding house. all the characters are living together in this huge boarding house.

007. no violence, , abuse, or something like that, pretty please.

008. only allowed in rated room, walls and pM.

009. any relationship are allowed here. and yuri are also allowed, but please be considered with straight characters. pregnancy? okay. but no m-pregs.

010. No ooc drama, ic drama are loved. make sure the person you roleplaying with are okay with that.

011. only korean and japanese characters (idols, singers, models, actors) are allowed. foreigners who debuted in korea/japan (like jackson or bambam) are allowed as well.

012. be sure to online at least once every 10 days or the inactive sign will show up. if the sign show up, you'll get a warning. if it happen again, then you're out. you can apply again but for another character.

013. notify us if you're going hiatus or leaving. hiatus more than a month without any signs of comeback, then you're out, unless you have a reason.

014. comment for character you desires, he/she will be reserved for 48 hours. After you got your character, make sure to have your character's profile asap with basic informations (full name, nicknames, age, occupation, etc).
