Created by Sungmin almost 300 years ago, the realm that the outsiders call Moonlight, is a small country that is surrounded by, Kazakhstan, uzbekistan, turkmenistan, and the caspian sea. Despite the small area of the country, it is highly populated not just by creatures of the night, but also humans.
Merovania, the formal name of the country, is very peaceful. In the 300 years of it being a country, not once has it been in a war, or attacked by outsiders. There is little violence within in the country. The borders are open to the world, Merovania accepts everyone and no visa is required.
Merovania does have its own share of internal conflicts between the different creatures and the humans despite this place never have been created for humans. You can live here and leave freely.
