In a world not too different from our own, technology in certain sectors advanced faster with government subsidies and public demand. One such advancement was the Personal Assistant Unit. PAU's were robots that were designed by scientist Lisa Cho in London. The first model, a prototype called "Model 00", was kept in her house for close monitoring. This model was then improved in Model 01 and the twin to that, Model 02. They were dubbed the Gemini project because there was no easy way to make their hard drives match the complex tasks Dr. Cho wanted them to complete without synching their hard drives and placing them in two stiff android bodies. But, this still did not stop the ambitious doctor.
Model 03, the first android with a male form, was the breakthrough project. He could properly move his limbs and blink as if his eyes needed to. But, Dr. Cho did not live to see him completed. Instead her son, Richard, had to complete the project. Richard and his school friend Elizabeth Kim perfected Model 03 while studying in Seoul and with this prototype launched the company now known as Cho Enterprises, where a variety of PAU's can be purchased to satisfy your every want and need.

1) Read everything in the "Owner's Manual". 2) Favorite the roleplay. 3) Comment with who you want, and then apply within 48 hours. 4) Keep character name's and backstory reasonable. If we find you have not read the Owner's Manual thoroughly, we will decline your application. You can reapply, of course! 5) No OOC drama at all, ever. 6) Keep mature themes to your wall or PM, and keep anything triggering strictly in PM. 7) No character deaths, terminal illnesses, unplotted ual assault, etc. 8) This is a literate roleplay, so keep emojis and chatspeak limited to IC texts or the OOC room and avoid one-liners! All POVs welcome. 9) Inactivity is flagged after 7 days and the pw is I have read and agree to the terms of use. Post in the groups to earn the points you need to do well in this roleplay! Not every group gives points. 10) You may have up to two characters and at least one of them must be a human. They cannot be from the same group. A third may be granted if you're exceptionally active. 11) Relationships cost 100 activity points for both persons. Weddings cost 200 from both. Babies, no matter what your relationship status is, cost 250. M-Preg is not allowed. 12) Set up your profile with the essential information so everyone knows who your character is. You have 2 days to do that. 13) Have fun!
