Scroll down and righti--
Picture you just landed in South Korea or even live there. There will be situation events for you to react to. You'll be able to see the Korean subway map, explain where you need to go and even learn a few cultural pointers from friendly help.
(heads up, most links provided are from the google play store if it's an app. Those who use mac or the apple app store, the app is most likely available to you as well, you'll just have to find it yourself. Sorry about that. I'll be an apple user soon.)
002. There is absolutely NO dating if you can't speak Korean. If you want to rp and do whatever in English like you normally would in a normal rp, keep it in your PMs. If you are advanced enough and can rp in Korean, feel free to date.
003. It's really hard to go inactive here since you have 2 weeks to post something. I understand most of you are busy with school and adding a lesson of Korean surely isn't easy so 2 weeks seems roomy enough don't you think?
004. No posting in English in certain rooms. Those will be marked when you visit them.
005. You MUST have up a dp and profile. The profile is going to be used as a Journal for your character and you to practice more or even simply write something new you learned or whatever. They don't have to be long or crazy. But it can only be written in in Korean. Really try to challenge yourself here. It's fine if you can't write perfect sentences, you are still learning and someone will correct you if needed.
006. No hating, bashing, drama, talking, critizing (unless it's constructive).
007. You MUST follow the Korean hiearchy system. If you are younger than another face claim, you must use 존댓말 (Formal speech). You wil have enough resources out and about to learn about the system.
008. Internationals are allowed as well as minors but no one under the age of 13 please.
009. Absolutely NO . If you must, keep it in your PMs. If you fail to follow this rule then you're out buddy.
010. If you have any official scores from and Korean proficiency test (TOPIK, KLPT, SAT) Please add those to your ooc profile so we know where you stand. If you have any learning tools not listed/provided, please post that on your profile as well and how far you are yourself.
011. This is an AU RP so you are not an Idol. You're a regular citizen. Unless you're advanced or Intermediate, You're not even allowed to have a job.
012. No use of Romanization at any point in time!!

-EVENTS-
The way events work here...
Here, events are going to be situtational moments you may encounter while you're in Korea. Since everyone is at different levels, there will be certain things you'll be allowed to do, during the event.
For example: A new cafe is opening up in a certain district. Those who do not live in that are, will have to take the trip. There will be a room for that. At the cafe, Anyone who is advanced/Native/Fluent are able to work and rp at the shop. Intermediates are allowed to order and hang around and beginners are able to order as well. The menu can be used by everyone to practice reading and learn some drinks. Since the event is open for a pretty lengthy time, everyone is welcomed to come and try whatever they've learned that fits in the event.
Of course the events will be different and everyone will have a chance to play in all of them with the Korean they know. If some events are requested, they will be issued out and or revisited.
