Nobody exactly knows when or how it happened. The world was a horrible place after the Third World War ended, countries once known as leading world powers were dead zones, inhabitable due to radiation. Places formerly uninhabited had become home to the survivors, states like Alaska, countries like Congo and Greenland suddenly the densest inhabited. We write the year 3001, nobody quite understands where the world went wrong. What they do understand, however, is that there are no Races anymore. Now, with so little people left, it had become easy for a fanatic group of former rich and powerful people to take over control. In the country formerly known as Sweden, now called Novus, they built rehabilitation camps and gathered people from all around the world to be put in those camps. Those camps were cities, inhabiting up to 5000 people, with a strictly formed time table. Everybody had a pager on their writst that displayed what they had to do the whole day, free time was only one hour and was only allowed to be spent in predetermined places.
Resistance was bound to rise. In one of the camps, Flora Nova, that especially worked on regrowing all of the worlds former Flora, uprisings started and the camp was erased. Word spread within the other camps, and fear lay heavy upon the population. But some people found courage. As hard as it was, they found ways to form groups of rebels that fought the system. Together, they work on stopping the oppression and being free again. And then suddenly, they found why their time tables were so stuffed: Upon spending more and more time on their own, tricking the system, some of the rebels found they were gifted. Nobody knew where it came from, some blamed it on the heavy radiation that lay upon the world, but suddenly the evolved small powers at first, that then became stronger. A new Police force was established, the Peacemakers. They were especially trained to fight the rebels, not aware of their newly found powers.

01. This is a literate Roleplay. Be it descriptive first or third POV; both is allowed here. 02. Favorite the Roleplay if you apply. Upvotes aren't necessary. 03. We accept all Nationalities, Races, ualities, Religions; you name it. This is a tolerant place. 04. Relationships, Marriages, Divorces, Pregnancies – we allow all of that. No Male-Pregnancies, however. 05. We do not accept OOC-Drama of any sorts; if I see somebody fight, both parties will be banned from the roleplay. I don't have the nerves to play parent in a place where we should all be adult. 06. Neither do we allow Face-Chasing. I don't care about your personal preferences, everybody in this roleplay is ought to be treated the way you want to be treated. I – and the other admins, once existing – am/are not stupid. If your character is in a group and I catch you roleplaying with other characters from that same group only, you will be given a warning. Three Strikes and you're out.

Rebels: Those are the people who stand up for their beliefs and fight the system. Their meetings are strictly secret and usually happen in the free time. They have a special code when talking so nobody understands they're rebels. The codes vary depending with who you talk, too, for there are several codes so it's inconspicuous. There are two types of Rebels: The ones with powers and the ones without. The powers can be everything you can find in a superpower-wiki, but remember, nobody masters his power, yet. They are to be kept secret from people that aren't rebels, and can be a blessing and curse at the same time.

Peacemakers/Police: While the police is called when there's noise pollution, when somebody doesn't follow their table or when small crimes are committed, the Peacemakers are the real threat. If they roll up your street, you know somebody is seriously in trouble. Better hope it's not you. Because Peacemakers have a headset attached to their right ear, they cannot lie to their higher ups. /Note: Relationships between Peacemakers/Police and Rebels are allowed, of course, but the Rebel will have to keep it a secret.

Governmental Workers: Can be about anything, simple politicians, lawyers, judges, even teachers apply in that section. Everything that the government might want to control falls under this section. If unsure whether or not your character is a governmental worker, ask the main admin. These are workers we need and are up for grabs:
Major (0/1): Administrates the Camp, chosen by the leaders.
Second in command (0/1): Jumps in when the Major can't.
Camp Attorney (0/1): Basically a State's Attorney
Citizens: Normal people that follow the law (more or less) and try to stay out of trouble. Can become a rebel through roleplaying.
