Cirque de'enfer

CIRKY: Are indiviuals that belong to the third-class. The core class are the loyalists of the government like servicemen, or persons recruited as government or military staff. All Cirky that belong to the circus work front of the house. They are continuously supervised and are given little to no freedom not only in the communist and dictatorship of the country but the circus as well. The only luxury that is provided to them by the Cirque d'enfer are the bare necessities such as shelter, food, clothing, cellphones and costumes--which inevitably is returned back due to its high quality. They are encouraged and goaded to intentionally make mistakes during their acts and performances though are not meant to seem staged by the audience. If the ringmaster determines that the Cirky's perfomance was no good they are often faced with corporal punishment.

In the circus there are magnificent jobs, while there are also "not so magnificent jobs," as Min would say. Just as there are positions in front of the audience, there are just as many behind the scenes. These jobs are very low maintenance, as they are not of the same importance to Min, because they are deemed 'cowardly' in his eyes. These jobs ensures the cirky's safety while also giving them freedom to leave the circus to go into town. Jobs include; 

NOTE: Owned cirky may choose to also work outside of town, if their RINGMASTER allows it. While they are no longer owned by the circus, they are still required to have a job as mandated by the government. The circus' back of house jobs are usually more appealing than towns jobs. 

Audio/video technician, tailors/fashion designers, interior designers, carpenters, animal wrangler/caretaker, tour photographer, wardrobe supervisor, floor crew, nurse practitioners, tour manager, private school tutors, or even journalist jobs to help promote the circus in newspapers articles(check social media).

SOCIAL   MEDIA

The media in North Korea is stricly controlled, nominally providing freedom of speech and press. Due to Min's connections, mass social networking sites have been made readily available to Cirque d'enfer members. However, all information is tightly controlled, managed and supervised. Social media posts are posted only after its content has been thoroughly looked over and deemed appropriate and nonthreatening. All cellphones are trackable and embedded with a chip as are all the Cirky. In addition, Newpapers that meet the set of standards of Cirque d'enfer are put on public display in the as well as transfered to many big cities in North Korea. While social networking sites are available, foreign contact is unreachable as the sites are limited to citizens only. 

RINGMASTER/RINGMISTRESS RULES + OTHER INFO —

1. Are never allowed to purchase a Cirky out of spite. They are never to be bought against their will, UNLESS it is disucssed OOC and  the roleplayer affirms that it is okay.

2. Do not permanently live amonsgt Cirky, but are given specialized caravans for traveling.

3. Are NOT allowed to partake in any ual interactions (e.g oral/dryhumping, etc) with a Cirky unless they own that Cirky, OR hire a Cirky working in the RED LIGHT DISTRICT. 

4. Are NOT to do anything beyond the Cirky's consent IF they are owned by the academy, e.g; kissing on the cheek. Rule number three still stands.

5. Are allowed to have more than one Cirky, a maximum of five are allowed. pw 2: your favorite cereal?

6. Must go through the full initiation of owning a Cirky. Which includes: presenting gifts and providing a reason why you want to buy that Cirky to represent the beginning of your relationship.  In addition to the initiation, Ringmasters are required to sign the Cirque d'enfer's mandated decree of consent.

7.  Cirque d'enfer's decree of consent states that everything is consensual between you and your Cirky OOC, whether it's violence//abuse,etc. It has been enforced to ensure that Cirky--even after they're no longer apart of the circus--are not stuck in an abusive relationship with their ringmaster. If a ringmaster implores an act without affirmative or general consent, that ringmaster will be KICKED and BANNED from the roleplay from breaching the contract. 

8. Are required to purchase a Cirky within a month, if needed, an extension is given. However, they are only a week max, failure to buy a Cirky will result in being removed from the roleplay.

CIRKY RULES  —

1. Are NOT allowed to leave the circus' vicinity and go into town without explicit permission from the authorities OR are already owned. 

2. Are required to share a caravan with another Cirky.

3. Cirky are NOT allowed to partake in any ual interactions (e.g oral/dryhumping, etc) with a ringmaster unless they are owned by that master, have explicit permission from their master to engage in ual activities with another master OR work in the RED LIGHT DISTRICT. 

4. Cirky are NOT allowed to deny or reject their ringmasters rules set out for them(it's best to ask what they expect from you first, once you are purchased you are no longer the circus' property), however, they are allowed to reject the masters OOC. In addition, if a master purchases you, you are only able to escape ownership through another ringmaster outbidding them as you wouldn't have the means to.

5. Cirky are reasonably taken care of in the circus', they are given three meals a day, a fully furnished room and other bare necessities. Injuries are also taken care of to hide the Cirky's reality within the the circus.

6. Cirque d'enfer's decree of consent states that everything is consensual between you and your ringmaster OOC, whether it's violence//abuse,etc. It has been enforced to ensure that Cirky--despite their cruel reality in the circus--are not stuck in an abusive relationship with their master. If a ringmaster implores an act without affirmative or general consent, that master will be KICKED and BANNED from the roleplay from breaching the contract.  HOWEVER, the cirky must inform the admins directly with evidence, we cannot assume your relationship with your ringmaster.

4. Make your account within 2 days/48 hours, failure to do so results in making your muse/chara available again. 

5. Insert your role as well as the roleplay name as your alternative name, example: Ringmasters insert; M-Cirque, Cirky insert; C-Cirque.

6. Add all admins and ensure you read the welcoming pamphlet when you arrive and your arrival will be announced accordingly.
