Lotus Asylum is one of the biggest and oldest running asylums in Korea. From the outside, it seems like a wonderful place with doctors and nurse that just wish to help. However, appearances can be deceiving. Lotus Asylum is one of the most sick and twisted places around. In the early 1970s, it was the home of many mental cases that had no cure. People whose family just dropped them off and forgot about them, left to rot. However, one sadistic doctor decided torture would be the best cure. Over 150 patients lost their lives. All covered up and all forgotten. To this day Lotus Asylum has never been punished or shut down for all the sick things that has gone on behind the doors. It is so open and accepting patients, but the living are not the only inhabitants in the asylum. Due to the dark past, there is dozens of spirits that haunt the grounds. However, that doesn't stop the horrid doctors from preforming their experiments on the patients today.
