Every person has powers. Powers that could potentially kill, powers that could potentially revive. What they do with those powers, well... it's up to them.
The three parts of Elysian Heights separate these people...
The Power Parkway, where people use their powers out of greed, where they use their powers to get money, to make themselves the richest, most powerful people of all the Elysians.
The Red Light Rowe, where the people use their powers for pleasure, where people seduce or drug others for a living. They are the most ually appealing and dangerous of them all.
The Beauty Bay, where the people use their powers for looks. Others are entranced in their presence, and these people have the essence to make others bend at their will. They are the most beautiful and cunning of the Elysians.
The three districts blend together into what is now the mythical Elysian Heights. They might be different, but there's one thing that ties them together: the deep dark secret that bonds them all.
Animal Spirits. Each and every Elysian is bound to an Animal Spirit, mythical or real. Their powers may or may not be related to the spirit, but these spirits seem to play a big role in each and everyone one of their lives.
