It’s 17th Century France. The poor just keep getting poorer, the rich just keep getting richer. Then, one day the people underneath the aristocracy had gotten fed up. It was time for a change... The French Revolution had begun. Nobility after nobility, aristocrat after aristocrat had been beheaded by the Guillotine. And with that, the Royal’s Reign of Terror on France’s poor people had ended... or had it?

The aristocracy, the nobility and the Royals were dead... physically. However, their spirits still roamed and soon they learned how to inhabit and possess bodies.

It’s 2018 and the infamous 17th century French Nobility have possessed the bodies of the people of today. At night they go to the Palace of Versailles and party it up like they used to centuries ago. The palace is a museum but the Nobility have taken it back for themselves. The Nobility aren’t the only ones who have possessed the bodies of modern day people, the poor people of the 17th Century have returned and are aware of the Nobility once again wreaking havoc, and they want their revenge on the filthy rich.

Please favorite and upvote the roleplay before joining. Remember to comment down below to reserve a character. Reservations last for 48 hours, you will get a warning if you have not applied for your character or else they will get deleted. PM an admin if you are going on a hiatus. There are 5 days of inactivity before you get a warning and if you are still inactive you will get kicked out. Try to keep the RP active and please RP in the rooms.

The rp takes place in the Modern Day. The spirits of the nobility or the lower class inhabit your character’s body. Just because your character’s spirit was a lower class person, does NOT mean that they have to be poor in the modern day.

All orientations and internationals are allowed. Your character does NOT have to be of French origin. Password: Rose of Versailles. Second character’s are worth 1000 points.

Absolutely no minors! And no ualizing of minors! If the admins see it, you’re out of here so fast. Also, please in rated rooms, and NOT discuss anything ual or triggering in the chat room that IS NOT RATED.

IC drama is definitely welcomed and encouraged. OOC drama however is not and if the admins see it, the person will be dealt with immediately. Also please make sure to rp with everyone and chat with everyone.

This is not an idol au of any sort. When you fill out the application, you can have your character be an idol if you would like to but doing so is not necessarily encouraged because we want to see different and more creative occupations instead of the same ones every time.

You may have your character’s spirit be a notable figure of the French Revolution or you can choose for your character’s spirit to just be a figure of the French Revolution that goes unnamed. To add to that, Marie Antoinette has been taken. Please don’t put her in your app, thanks.

Also if you need more info on the French Revolution and more things about it then please research it as you join so you can have a bit of knowledge on what the rp is loosely based on. Also please have some sort of a bio put up after you join. Finally, have fun!
