Long long ago, men, woman, and everyone in between, lived in harmony. No regulations to whom you could and could not be with, though some with narrow minds tried their hardest to restrict us, we flourished. Life was joyous and through the darkest and lightest moments, we survived.
When 'it' first appeared, figuritavly speaking, 'it' seemed harmless- one child missing here, another there. No one knew that 'it' was behind the Missing, but as time rolled on..one became hundreds and hundreds became thousands until there were no children left. There would be no future, no progress. (Later, those who were lost were deemed the Missing.)
Those who remained gradually spun into chaos. Governments fell to ruin, criminals thrived, and the body count rose higher and higher until it didn't.
Decades had come to pass before one society finally took hold of those who were left. They were called, the Matriarchs. Under their rule, 'it' lost its grip on things, 'it' couldn't find the new generation.
The Matriarchs are the ones that saved those who remained.

1. This is an alternate universe! You are not someone famous and normal jobs and such don't exist here.
2. This is also a rated M roleplay! I will not have underaged characters or roleplayers here. I'm sorry, but I removed children for a reason.
3. MPreg is a hard no here. You are more than welcome to 'adopt', but there will be no playable children at this time.
4. With that being said, those who have the right to adopt will be given a choice and because I am in love with mystery, I will not be telling you what that choice is until there is someone who fits the criteria to do so.
5. Women are the law here. No, that doesn't mean it's an excuse for a female faceclaims to be a b*tch so don't try it ladies. I will be closely monitoring your actions whether male, female, or in between.
6. For now, you cannot apply to be a Matriarch. I'm putting this rule in place because I would like my admins to have first choice of roles. If by opening, there are Matriarch positions available, you may apply by adding a note on your application.
7. Yoai and yuri relationships are 10000% allowed! The catch is that all relationships MUST be open. For this roleplay to work, I cannot have restrictions on reproduction. pword is Matriarch. I will however, state that officials of rank 3 or higher may spend a large sum of money (points) to allow for a closed relationship. I will go into more detail in the explanation section of the roleplay.
8. IC drama is welcomed! OOC drama will get you booted. I have a 1 strike policy when it comes to bullying of any kind. If there is an issue, take it to PM or talk to an admin so we can resolve it. That's what we're here for! If I or any of my admins happen to see such things, you will be removed and blacklisted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
9. NO CRACK. I cannot stress this enough- I put time and effort into creating rooms, you need to use them or else this whole roleplay will go down the drain.
10. Do not join if you are not planning to stay! Leaving within a week, no matter the reason, will get you blacklisted so please take your time to think about it beforehand.
11.I'm not a monster so I get it if you need to leave for a while or if you just aren't feeling your character. You can CC as much as you need as long as it is not excessive. If you come to me with a good reason as to why you left or why you didn't stay active without notice, there is a small chance that I can remove you from the blacklist.
12. Inactivity is set to one week. I get it, we all have lives and I have a life too so it's understandable. If you are going to be unable to participate, PLEASE send one of the admins a message. We can discuss length and reason privately.
13. Anyone can join! Internationals are also very welcomed. In terms of a faceclaim- if you plan to change the name of your faceclaim, please provide both their actual name and the name you wish to switch it to.
