It was the start of a chaotic era.
Innocent beings taken against their own will and turned into beasts with massive desires for killings, and lust. This horrid image acting as a barrier from what was hidden behind the facade.
Madnesses didn't have a choice.
Brainwashed humans injected with a special formula to turn them into slayers of the beasts. The citizens believe in them, the fact forgotten that they are beasts of the same caliber.
Jetts didn't have a choice.
Those with hearts untainted, weakest in physical strength but strongest in empathy. Living in fear, they stand on the fence in the midst of this battle.
Humans too, didn't have a choice.

HISTORY
In the year 2057, a great population of souls, both males and females were captured for an experiment to develop human kind. To do this, microchips stored with multiple traits were implanted in every victim's brain, having them stored in an underground base, asleep for centuries in timeless capsules, preserving their forms.
The project wrecked up a big uproar in Seoul and was marked as illegal since the victims never volunteered themselves; they were kidnapped after all. Centuries aged by, and slowly the scientists involved in this project died along the way. The key to the underground base, lost. Soon, the issue died down and nobody remembered that it ever occurred.
Though a few centuries later, it came up again. A respected expert in both Mathematics and Science happened to browse into a certain forum containing news about the project and many other informations related to the chip and the profiles of scientists involved. He made an annoucement to all citizens of the city that the chip contain traits of extreme, inhuman battle skills, slightly boosted strenght and an unexpected trait, over-ranged -drive. Though possessing normal personalities and would not kill anyone out of the random, there was a slim percentage of glitches that can be triggered when they are overwhelmed by negative emotions once they are up and about. After his majorly long and complicated calculations, it came to conclusion that they are going to awaken, very soon.
This is, Project Madness.
The story continues when the news of Madnesss' wake spread around the city like wild fire, casting a spell of chaos due to the worried inhabitants of the city. The respected expert continued to study about the chip with all the information he can dig out from the forum and elsewhere, and with the help of a few of the top scientists, they created a serum containing traits similar to that of the chip in every Madness. It was first experimented on a dead body where the heart started to work again for a short amount of time and then dying out. The serum was concluded to be safer than chips and to ensure the city's safety, families were forced to give up their children ranging from the age of 13 to 15, injecting them with the serum and brainwashing them to prevent painful struggles.
These children who were once from loving families now make up the city's powerful wall of defense. With boosted strenght and speed, they can match up to any Madness along with their weapons of choice; the city's at ease due to their protection.
They are the Jetts.

Seoul, South Korea in the year 2880 has not very much to differ from 2057 except for the re-constructions of buildings and roads around the city. [I know what you're thinking, flying vehicles are not happening here, maybe in the future but in here, no.]

Madness
If you are a Madness, you must be able to depict scenes where your character is out of date due to the long time they were asleep. Knowledge were missed and your character might be a little stupid here and there, though your character's conversational skills should be fine; unless you want to make him/her mute. However, after some time your character will adapt to his/her environment, you can't possibly expect one to remain a moron forever. A Madness will have their glitches when they are overwhelmed by negative emotions and this will cause their desires go into overdrive; whether desires to kill or desires for , it only lasts a few minutes or hours. With this, you need the help of a fellow human, them or kill them. A Madness can go against another Madness just like any ordinary person. Doesn't mean that they are the same species means that they have to be buddy-buddy with each other. They are aware of Jetts the same way the Jetts are aware of them, but because they look rather normal, they have a choice when they see one; either blend in or fight.
Jett
The Jetts are brainwashed humans who are injected with a liquid created by the expert who discovered Madnesss' wake, their stats are built higher in speed, but lower in strength from a Madness. Unlike Madnesses who go on overdrives due to overwhelming negative emotions, Jetts are much more stable. However, since the Jetts' population is made up of people with their past taken away from them, they can and will regain their memories if they come across people, places and items that are related to their past. A newly brainwashed Jett will seem rather robotic at first, but they can and will slowly join back the path of humanity. A Jett's weapon against Madnesses are short-ranged handheld weapons such as dual swords, buster swords or long katana blades since a Madness can only be taken out by slaying off the head. The Jetts have the freedom to lead their own lives, despite being soldiers they are allowed to have side-jobs though they are not allowed to live in an individual home unless it's a few nights' stay in a hotel. They also have a choice to either kill a Madness or let them be if they come across one.
Human
For a Madness:
A human is usually the suppressor of a Madness once he/she has a intimate relationship with the mentioned Madness. The certain human would be able to restrain the Madness from their urges to kill and turn them into urges for in a mere lure of seduction. Though just like normal lives, relationships break and new ones form, then all sorts of drama occurs. You can cheat and betray a Madness, but be prepared for what you're going to receive. However, once a Madness is loyal and loving to you, count yourself as one lucky . Humans are the source of knowledge for a Madness and thus they blend into the surroundings to approach humans. Some humans might know about the Madness's true identity once glitches happen, but that is a very few number of people. As a human you are suppose to be scared of a Madness because they are inhuman killing machines.
For a Jett:
A human usually plays the role of a person who bring all senses of humanity back into newly brainwashed Jetts, especially when they get into an intimate relationship with the said Jett since Jetts are usually robotic after being brainwashed; they do not know what they live for, they only know that they are told to eliminate the Madness population. A human's relationship with a Jett will involve more 'romance' than 'intimacy' since they are, after all, stripped of their memories and humanity; they take everything in quite warily. Unlike not knowing a Madness's true identity, humans are used to seeing Jetts patrolling the city though they can be quite unapproachable most of the times. Some humans might accept them as their protectors, but there are also humans who see no differences between the Jetts and Madnesses.

Please be creative, if you chose human just because you want to bottom I will flip you. Humans top too, Jetts and Madnesses can bottom too; try not to make yourself cliche. ]]
