In Seoul Korea, it is known there is something a tad...different about the school kids. They always seem a bit happier, a bit more alive than most other childern. Some same, it is the teachers at Sandoval High. While others...those who truly know the secret of Sandoval High...know it has nothing to do with the teachers. Childern here have Charas. Now, what is a chara you ask? Angels, if you would. Angels of dreams. When a child or teenager believes in themselves and believes in their dreams a chara is born. This chara represents the childs dreams and wishes. They are nothing more than mini, floating person who sits on owner's shoulder. However, not everyone can see them. Only those who have charas themselves can see other teenagers charas. And only those who have bonded with their chara enough can transform into them. Not only do these mini people represent your dreams, but they are your strength. When you perform a transformation, the charas grant you temporary powers. The more you aspire to your dream, the longer you can stay transformed. These childern who have charas, who can transform are known as Guardians. They are the elite of the school - protectiong everyone and anyones dream. A secret club, only for those who have charas. The Guardians are always looking for new, active members ready to embrace their dreams. The need for new chairmen is on the rise lately; seeing as how all the current people who held the positions within the 'team' all lost their chara's. No one knows how but a rumor has it that a company named Easter has stared up with a horrible plan. With a special machine called the Decoder Easter teenagers, desperate for money, attempt to secure another teenagers chara, within a special silk pouch known as a Butterfly Net. They then put the chara in the Decoder and make it a X character. Not only does all of the chara's power increase all it's connections are cut off from it's original Guardian. It loses it's original purpose, looks, even gender and gains new ones that fits it's new creators needs. The Guardians have declared their one purpose is to be a end to all students who work with Easter - no matter the cost.
