Can own up to three pets and treat them in what ever ways they decide. Master has to buy their pets collars

Always wait for being bought. There are two types of pets ; cafe pets and stray pets. All free pets are for all masters though they aren't willing.
*Pets = human with ear and tail of that kind of animal
