Apartment buildings go from A-F and apartment rooms go from 01-10. Eg. for Chae Jinseok he would live in apartment B-03.
Remember: you just get an apartment. That's it. This isn't a hotal so you don't get special privlages or room service etc. You can say that your apartment is very large and spacious but it's still only one floor.
