Personality plays a big part in your actions if you haven't realise. If you're mature, then you tend to speak in a mature tone, but if you're immature, like me then you'll bound to speak out words that can be hurtful but you won't even realise it because that's how you would normally speak but some people won't understand which just means they don't know you that well
