Everyone can get a room, but to decide what you want it to look like and etc., will cost points. Remember this is a time where the world is trying to rebuild itself. Luxuries don't come easy.

Apartments: 50 Points
Office Buildings: 150 Points
* Note: Only humans and androids that aren't for sale can get an apartment for free. Upgrading to a house will still cost points though.
