As if time flies, now Yerim is standing in the middle of a crowded ballroom, in a simple yet elegant red dress which made her milk white skin stands out more. Her hair styled and adorned with accessories, her fingernails polished and painted, her makeup done in a way that she was simply irresistible. Like what the other wives had taught her, she smiled with confidence even when she was nervous on the inside, she greeted others politely and returned greetings like she was taught. Picking up a glass of sangria from one of the waiters in mask, Yerim slowly made her way to the corner of the room to escape the crowd, and realised that her master is no where to be seen by now, since, well, he's of a high authority hence he'll definitely be busy.
Yerim thanked the waiter as she placed the glass on his tray as he walked away, glancing around as the busy ballroom, watching people and vampires talk and interact. They actually doesn't seem to be that scary after all. Suddenly she felt a tug on her wrist and before she could let out a gasp, she was dragged out of the ballroom down the empty hallway. A soft whine escaped her lips when that person pushed her against the wall in one of the large empty rooms, trapping her between his body and the wall. Only then did Yerim lift her head to meet his gaze, gasping softly at how fine the man looks in front of him. His looks could even be compared to her master's, his features were simply flawless. "What's your name, little miss..?" His smooth voice melting her slowly as he leaned down to whisper against her ear, taking in a deep breath against her neck, "do you know how delicious you smell..? I've never seen a human that looks as beautiful yet fragile as yourself, who smells as good as roses in a blizzard.." Yerim couldn't even react or say anything, shocked at both the things he said as well as the current situation she's in. A soft blush unintentionally heated up on her cheeks, and she gasped when she felt his lips pressed against her neck. His hands slowly travelled up the side of her body, one resting on her waist while the other travelled further up to caress her cheeks. "Technically if you have yet to mate with your master, I could steal you away from him.." the man before her chuckled softly, grazing his lips up her neck against her jaw, "and there's not manly of them vampires that are higher rank than me, Ahn Jaehyun..so all I need to do.." Pressing his lower body against her, Yerim gasped again as she felt her breath shortening, never had she been this close to a man, less say a vampire. Even her master had not been this close to her, and yet she couldn't push him away, as if her body cannot move the way she wants to. "..is to make love to you, to make you mine.." And with that, he let his hands roamed around her body, slowly peppering kisses down her jaw.
@Kim Yerim {hiatus} Woobin leans back in his chair taking a deep breath. This was so typical for the Vampire congress. They would do everything to embarrass him just because his late Father had been a rebel trying to bring down the congress. Normally he wouldn’t need his latest wife to attend the ball but right now the congress would take it as a weakness if he wouldn’t show up with her so he needs her to be not only presentable but also nice charming and a good talker so she could twirl the Vampire around her finger but the way it looked now she wasn’t ready for that jet and that was the main reason why the congress put up this ball in such a short time. Woobin signs rubbing his face. He knew perfectly that if he would try talking to her everything would only get worse since she was new in here and he was something she was teacher to fear all her life so why should she like him or listen to him without being in fear. The best way was either to get her a teacher or to let the other wives take over her teaching right now he wasn’t sure with one was better but since the time was short for now he would rely on his other wives. After calling them into his office he explains them what he wants. “Listen you all know what this ball means right? We need to introduce our new jewel to the world but she isn’t ready jet and I’m afraid if I teach her she will be too much in fear to really remember everything so could you take over and teach her how to be a young lady and everything?” He asks them smiling softly.
@Kim Woobin "Ah.." was all that she thought, so that's his name, Woobin. She watches him get up from his chair and leave the room to his office, he always just go ahead and do as he wishes. But well, of course he can, since he's the head of this household anyway. Glancing over to his other two wives, they both got onto their feet to leave the room. Calling out to them softly, Yerim asked the two, "E-erm.. so.. so what am I suppose to do now..?"
Turning their heads over, the older one gave her a gentle smile and reply, "For now there's nothing much for you to do, just make sure that you'll all dressed up for the ball. You must be as presentable as possible, it is to bring honour to our master, to make sure the rest of the vampires are envious of him." Giving them a timid nod, the other two left the room, leaving her alone. Glancing around once more, Yerim heaved a soft sigh and headed out as well, wondering why exactly is she in this place. Does it mean that she'll live and die, stuck in a manor like this, without loving nor being loved? Slowly walking back to her room, she paused in the hallway, biting onto her thumb as she looked around, wondering if she's lost at the moment.
@Kim Yerim {hiatus} Woobin chuckles as he hears the voice quietly asking him. “Well if you talk to me directly you call me Master like you did just now but if somebody asks who you belong to you tell them you belong to Master Woobin.” He says getting up from his chair. “Ok that’s it for today we will get ready to leave the day after tomorrow so make sure you remember what I told you and if you don’t understand something then you can find me in my working office.” Woobin says leaving the room making his way over to the office since he still had plenty of work left. He called on of the servants telling him to pack his bags. Then he starts his work.
@Kim Woobin At his question, Yerim gave him a subtle nod, unable to look him in his eyes, afraid that she will be too drawn into it. She raise her gaze timidly up at him as he walked past her, only to lower it again in front of her. It starts to get confusing when he talks about the bloodline, so is her "husband" a congress member? Or one of the bloodline from the congress member? So if he does not belong to the blood line of the Black Queen, where did he come from initially?
Yerim couldn't help but crease her brows in deep thoughts at those questions that she's too afraid to ask. She raised another timid glance at him as he sat back down onto his chair, biting her lips and fist clenching lightly on her dress. Should she ask him for his name at least..? But would that seem to be too rude? Since for now they have yet to spend any "quality time" together, Yerim do not even know what to call him. Finally making eye contact with him, an involuntary blush falls upon her cheeks as her meek voice sounded in the room, "M-m-master..? W-what.. what.. do I.. I mean, do we.. c-call.. y-you..?" Inwardly knocking her own head, she couldn't help but curse herself to be too shy to ask for his name.
@Kim Yerim {hiatus} Woobin stops talking looking around. “Did you get this?” He asks slowly getting up walking between the girls siting on the ground. “Ok since you got this lets move one you need to remember the biggest families and blood lines in the Vampire world. Every member of the congress has his own bloodline then there are some lower Maters that have their own blood line too but there are still committed to one of the congress member. The congress member I belong to is the black Queen. She is Master over the Asian continent I’m not part of her blood line but I gave her my vow. Well actually you don’t need to know about the other bloodlines now that I think about it.” Woobin smiles to himself shrugging then turning back. “By the way if anything happens at the ball and somebody asks you who you belong to just tell them my name it should resolve most of the trouble.” He says siting back down. “So any more questions? You can ask me anything.” Woobin leans back in his char looking at the girls in front of him waiting of there were any question.
@Kim Woobin When they are done with the dress making, the wives are ushered back into the library. Soon the male entered and took a seat on the leather chair, his alluring aura radiating. When he started telling them about greeting, Yerim was then reminded that until now she does not know her "husband's" name, she only knows that he's a vampire, and the owner of this manor. And that he is powerful. Biting on her lips unconsciously, Yerim lets her brow crease slightly, wondering why would she be known as his "wife", when it just seems like she's an accessory for him at the ball. They just met a day ago, there was no ceremony, and she was meant to be a living sacrifice. Snapping back to reality, Yerim blinks softly and listens attentively on his instruction as to how to greet and accept a greeting, trying to memorise in case she makes a mistake at the ball itself.
@Kim Yerim {hiatus} Woobin just finished the collecting all the information of the congress. He rose from his chair tuning to the window. “Well then dear world are you ready for this?” He asks a dirty smirk on his face. He laughs to himself calling in the butler telling him to gather his wives in the library for their lesson. He himself made his way up to the west tower. He opens the big steel door after unlocking the four locks. “Soon we will need to travel again are you ready?” He asks the creature that was sitting in the room with a heavy steel collar around his neck binding it to the wall. Not really waiting for an answer Woobin smiles leaning down patting the creatures head. “You know soon really soon some things will change and maybe then we will be allowed to be free.” His voice was soft with just in the corn a sound of sadness. “I need to go now.” With this words he gets up locking he door again leaving the tower.
Woobin opens the door to the library smiling at his wives. “Since we have a new comer we will start from the beginning.” He announce sting down in his leather chair. “The first thing is how to greet. Since you are my wives most of the people need to greet you first. You need to greet only those with higher positions the others will come to you. That means you will greet the congress member and their wives and the rest will need to greet you.” He says demonstrating his powerful position in the vampire world. “Well then how do you greet? It’s easy you lower your head and hold out your arm with the inside showing to the person you are greeting and an open hand.” Woobin explains it shortly. “And if a person greets you in that way you have to options. First you except the greeting and you lay your pointing and your index finger on the inside of the arm and bow your head. Second you don’t except the greeting because you got offended or insulted by that person then you take the hand of that person and turn it the other way round but I don’t think you will need to refuse a greeting.” Woobin explains the rules of a formal greeting between Vampires. “If your greeting gets refused bow to the person and leave I will take care of the rest then.”
@Kim Woobin An almost immediate reaction to his words, Yerim's eyes darted across the table and quickly shift her gaze back to her food, gently picking up her cutleries. Just when she was about to place her food into , her heart pounded against her petite frame when the vampire rose and approached her. Is something wrong with her? Was the blood luring him? Oh no, is she going to be eaten up now? Is he going to take her blood..? Thousands of crazy questions ran through her brain in that split second, until he was just in front of her. "This is it," she thought, "this is how my life ends.."
However, all he did was to swipe his thumb across her lips, before heading back to his seat. Curiously, Yerim reached out her fingers to touch her lips, only to realised that the wound had healed. Soon silence took over while everybody had their breakfast quietly. When they are done, the butler took them to their respective rooms to wash up before heading down to meet the dressmaker. Being the youngest and least experienced, Yerim just followed whatever the other wives did-taking the measurements, picking up fabrics of their choice, colors and materials and such. Without the overpowering eldest, Yerim even manage to let out small smiles while talking to the other two wives, thinking that finally, there will be peace.
@Kim Yerim {hiatus} Woobin was looking up. “Eat” He says his voice with some soft force not really commanding but still making a proposal that should be followed. “You will represent my house and my power at the ball so if you look thin and like you didn’t got anything to eat you will run my reputation.” Woobin continues looking at all of his wives faces only now realizing the blood on Yerims bottom lip. Woobin gets up walking over to her leaning down. “This will leave some bad look on your face if we leave it like that.” He says softly moving his thump over her lips making the wound disappear. “This is better like this it should work don’t you think?” He says just asking rhetorically not even waiting for an answer and walking over to his seat returning to his breakfast not bothering with anything else anymore. Actually Woobin was quiet found of delicious food so for him this all was some really bothering issue keeping him from eating and it as making him angry. Taking a deep breath he calm himself down still the perfect façade showing from now on he wouldn’t allow any disturbing anymore.
After breakfast Woobin excused himself to his office taking care of his own business. Everybody in the house would be busy preparing for their travel. The dressmaker was there but Woobin had not even the slightest intension to meet up with that man. The servants and his wives should perfectly be able to take care of that themselves. As for him he was trying to get as far away as possible form that man since he was just absolutely not the kind of character Woobin would work well with. He was preparing for the lesson this evening. Most of his wives knew at least a little bit about that Congress but for his new one he would need to start a zero and even if it was a of a bother he had no intention of leaving her at home since she was a shining jewel in his collection and he wanted to show her to the world his new wife.
@Kim Woobin A soft whimper escaped the youngest's lips when she felt the blade glided across the surface of her bottom lips when the woman was pulled away from her aggressively. Taking a few steps backwards, Yerim gasped for breath before she her bottom lips, wincing at both the pain and the strange taste of blood. She watched wearily at how the man transformed and commanded for the woman to leave, tracing the woman's step out of the door. Yerim believed that the oldest must have loved him, although she wouldn't understand why, she knows that the woman treated her this way out of jealousy.
As if nothing had happened, the vampire's deep voice echoed the room to informed them about an upcoming meeting. Yerim's eyes widen in surprise upon hearing about this ball that she was made to attend, as well as to get new dresses, and the fact that there were more of his kind out there. She quickly return to her seat to received the invitation and let her eyes scan through the content. Gently letting down the invitation on her lap, she listened attentively to his words, before looking down back onto her plate of untouched food. Should she eat.. or like what the eldest had commanded her, should she just starve? Her bleeding lips was not helping her to make the choice, so all she did was she holding her trembling hands on her lap to calm herself down.
@kim yerim Woobin saw the knife in her hand and without thinking he jumped down moving through the hall and grabbed the girl’s wrist. He pulls her away from the other girl but he had been a little too slow there was blood he couldn’t see whose blood it was but it was there sweet and strong in his nose and on his tongue. He pulls the girl closer. “So you were the one plotting all this.” He says taking the knife in his hands. She was staring at him with big eyes begging him to let her go but all he could see was the blood and the betray. Her fear was adding more excitement to all this. His eyes became bark black orbits filling his whole eye with a fire in them no white was seen. He looked in the girl’s eyes and the fire was her in. She gone quiet. “You know that betray is the greatest sin? You committed it and now you should be ready to get along with the consequences. I won’t kill you but I will ban you from here so you can never come back to this town or manor.” He says with his dark voice manipulating her brain. Then he let her go nodding to his servants to bring her out.
Woobin turns to the other girls. “Your punishment needs to wait we have an important meeting to attend. The Vampire congress is having his ten years ball and I want you to attend with me. You will get new dresses so please all meet up with the dressmaker in the salon.” He says handing them on of the invitations. It was an official thing to invite the wife of a Vampire separately no differences between human and Vampire in this case. He smiles softly at them as he turns around to return to his seat. “Before we go there you need to learn more about the Vampire congress and so you won’t blame me. I will prepare lessons for you so be in the room this evening.” He says returning to his breakfast.
@Kim Woobin Sometimes Yerim wondered if the vampire didn't like her or something, for when everytime she made an appearance, he would then take his departure. Just like now, he stood up right after she sat down, making her awkward with the rest of his wives. Minutes after he left, the wives continued eating in silence, which made the youngest girl slowly pick up her fork and spoon as well. Just as her spoon was inches away from her food, a low, threatening voice stopped her in her track. "Just who said you could eat, young one?" her parched lips, Yerim glanced over to the oldest woman beside her wearily and was returned with a menacing glare, "why are you still alive..hmm? You should just drop dead and die.."
"Unnie.. j-just, let her be..she just got here an-" the woman that looked only slightly older than she was tried to speak up for her, but was immediately cut off by the eldest of them. "Let her be? Ha. Well, if she looks as ugly as you are, then yes, perhaps I wouldn't have cared.. but look at her.." an evil smirk crept up her lips as she once again yanked on Yerim's hair, making her whimper in pain while shoving her face nearer to the other two ladies sitting across them. "Oh.. look at her smooth, flawless, porcelain white skin.. her bright eyes.. her cherry red lips.." a bitter laugh escaped her lips, as she slowly picked up the knife on her table, bringing it closer to the girl's face. Yerim's eyes widen in fear at the approaching knife, and can't help but whimper and beg for the eldest to let her go, the other two ladies just sat there looking at them wearily, it was not like as if they could disobey the eldest woman if they want to stay alive. "Do you think the young master would love your blood..? If I just let a few droplets out as preview.. hahahaha.. sigh, I would hate to see his lips on your skin.. but if that means that you'll be gone for good.. a little sacrifice is worth it, don't you think..?"
@kim yerim Woobin observed his wives looking at their expressing seeing his new wife coming in alive they all looked surprised so maybe they all were part of this. If so he would need to punish them all but for now he would need to find out who was the brain behind this awful plan. He get up. “I want to see you all later in the room.” He says turning around leaving the room. Two seconds later he was standing up high at the gallery of the room far in the shadows so nobody would see him but he could see them. Now it was time to observe them see who the reason was for this and to if it get bloody stop this.
Woobin was standing in silence looking at the scene down there as one of the servants appeared quietly giving him a letter. He opens him his eyes still fixed on his wives. He shortly read over the letter before returning his attention down again. It was the invitation to the ten year ball of the vampire congress. The congress was the highest instant in the vampire world and their way of ruling was bloody. Every ten year they would invite all Vampires all over the world to a ball so they could see how got more powerful and if there were people trying to revolt against them. If you wouldn’t show up at the ball it would be an insult to their pride and they would hunt you down.
@Kim Woobin It was as if there was a sudden surge of warmth that seep through her and calm her down, the tears stopped streaming down her eyes and her breath was even again. Yerim listened quietly to his orders, grateful that he was giving her a chance, and quickly shuffled her way back from where she came from. Small even steps she took till she reached her room again, a little surprised of how she actually manage to find her way. Locking her door, the girl walked to the bathroom to wash her face. Staring at her own tear stained face, she glanced down at her white dress, the only dress she had and the only clothing she brought. Gently wiping away the excess fluid on her face, Yerim exit the bathroom and climbed into her big, fluffy bed where she never ever thought she'll get to sleep on.
It's late, she's tired, but all that went through her mind was how is her family doing at this moment. Will they forget her one day? Do they believe that she's dead..? Without her knowing, she slowly drifted into slumber and was only waken up when the sun was bright, or at least, that's what she believed when all the curtains in the manor were drawn. Afraid that she would get into trouble again, all Yerim did was wash her face and brush her teeth before heading down to the dining room again.
When the door was pushed open before her, the surprised look on all three wives surprised the girl as well, but they quickly shift their gaze back onto their food, not making any obvious gestures. Quietly, she bowed to the man at the table, then to the other wives, and quickly took her seat beside the one that stayed in the manor the longest, unsure of what exactly is she supposed to do.
@kim yerim Woobin could taste her fear on his tongue as well as the truth behind her words. She didn’t come her to make trouble so it was the fault of one of his other wives. He steps back. “Listen girl.” He says putting his power in his words so she would calm down. “I won’t kill you. You are new here and I know you didn’t come here on purpose so you will be able to live return to your room lock your door and sleep we can discuss your punishment for this tomorrow.” His voice softly echoed in the hallway filled with power taking away her fear for as long as he head her mind in hands. He steps back further waiting until she was at the end of the corridor then he opens the door going in his room.
Woobin was in deep thoughts. He would take care of this problem after they had they had their breakfast and he could see the girls react to her being still alive. He was sure to know how did that to her but he would need to confirm it. For now he would need to think about a punishment for his new wife. It was difficult he didn’t want to scare her away forever but he also didn’t want to think she could disobey the rules. He shakes his head again and again as he throws away idea after idea. Then he found what he was looking for a punishment she would remember as well as make her remember the manor and it wouldn’t scare her way. She would need to clean every part of the manor she was allowed in for the next week.
The next morning Woobin was sitting in the Dining hall waiting for his wives to get up from their sleep. He had asked to wake his new on as the last so she would be last to step in the room. The other were coming in one by one firstly saying their greeting to him before sitting down.
@Kim Woobin The deep, crisp clear but cold voice of his made the hairs on the back of Yerim's neck stand even without the blowing wind caressing her bare skin. There was no other reaction than to freeze on her current spot, it was not like she could outrun a healthy, grown man like him. Furthermore, he is essentially a vampire, one with better physical attributes than the human species. Dead, she's dead, it seems like she really did wandered into the part of the manor she was not supposed to. Every step he took towards her, make the girl shuffle weakly backwards, until her back touches the wall, telling her that that's the most she can ever go.
She felt like as if all the air is out of her as he placed his hands beside her head, trapping her against the wall. She was literally trembling on her spot, her lips dry as no words came out of no matter how hard she wanted to talk. She stared at the man before her with her doe eyes, tears starting to pool and glisten under the moonlight. There was nothing she could do, even if he was just a mere human being, he is definitely much, much stronger than she is. He is a vampire, and she, his sacrifice, his food, his tool for pleasure.
With trembling lips she left ajar, tried to breathe properly while preventing her tears from falling. Quietly her parched lips, her voice cracked from the amount of fear that was building in her, "I-I.. I'm sorry.. I was.. I was just.." Slowly, without her consent, warm tears starts falling down her cheeks, "..I.. I didn't mean to.. I.. I didn't know.. t-t-there... there was..I mean.." Yerim pressed her eyelids close while shaking her head lightly to clear her thoughts, trying to calm down and form her words properly. "I.. I tried to follow this instruction I-I.. I was given.. I'm sorry.. I-I really didn't know I'll get to where I w-was not suppose to..P-please forgive me.. I'll..I'll do anything..j-just.. do-don't kill me..I'm sorry..I'm really sorry.."
@kim yerim Woobin turns around making his way back inside his room. Most of the servants went to bed at this time around and his wives should be in their rooms. He walks down the empty corridors of this manor. It was quiet as he suddenly stops a corner away from his room. Somebody was there. He could smell the sweet blood, it was the new girl. Woobin steps around the corner quietly looking at her. A piece of paper got blown away then he hears her voice. He walks closer. “Yes I’m here and this room is part of the places you are not allowed to be even near.” He says with a clear and cold voice.
Woobin steps even closer making her back away until she was standing with her back against the wall. He puts his hands left and right from her face. “Why are you here?” He asks her waiting for her to explain it. Normally this behavior would have just been the end of her but the paper and the fact that she was new made him thinking about this. If any of the other girls was the reason for her to come here it would have bad consequences for that girl. He would need to punish the girl in front of him even then but maybe he could let her life a little longer.
Woobin was curious about the girl so it would be annoying to him if he would really need to kill her. The way she had been sitting on the carriage not screaming or begging for them to stop she had just quietly cried. It got him curios. He wanted to know more about her so killing her wouldn’t have any benefit. If really one of his wives was part of this he would be bloody. This was too much even in his eyes and he was a Monster but betray at the own race was nothing he could ever except.
@Kim Woobin The smile on his face was like a trap to lure her in, deceptively alluring. Yes, of course she was scared, dead afraid that she'll die as soon as she gets in. She was meant to be a living sacrifice anyway. Her mind was blank, Yerim couldn't even remember what were his rules, how much more would she have questions to ask. Shaking her head timidly, the door opened and a servant of his came to lead her to her room as according to his commands. Bowing to the vampire politely, the girl followed the servant through the humongous manor, taking turns after every step, going up and down flight of stairs.
The servant explained to her the places she could and could not go, which, was forgotten just a few minutes after. Everywhere looks the same to her, how was she suppose to differentiate one place to another? Bowing to the servant after he left her in her room, she locked the door as advised by the young master and stared at the room in awe. Never in her life had she been in such luxury. The bed, the bathroom, the chandelier, everything was classy and elaborately decorated. Just when she was left with her jaw hanging at the marvel in front of her, a slip of paper slid into her room from the gap below the door.
Curiously, Yerim went over and picked the paper up, creasing her brows at what was written. "Meet me at this location, I have something that I need to tell you that could save your life.." The words are written in nice cursive writing, and a map was drawn on the back of the paper. Unsure of who the sender was, Yerim clicked open her door and tried to follow the map. Step by step, she started walking further into the unfamiliar side of the manor. A shiver went down her spine as she bit her lips in worry, isn't this the place the servant told her not to go? Or did she remember wrongly? Still, the girl followed the map, all the way till she was in front of a large door at the end of the corridor. That was the exact location the map shown, and like some sort of coincidence, a strong gush of wind came by suddenly and blew the piece of paper out of her hands and out of the window as well. There she stood, blankly in front of the door.
Little did she know that she had fell into the trapped of one of the cunning wives, and here she stood, right outside the bedroom of the young master of the manor, where she was told never to take a step into it. "H-Hello.. anyone here..?" her small voice echoed through the empty hallway as her eyes glanced over to the door, hesitating if she should enter it.
@kim yerim Woobin smiles at the girl. “Are you scared I will kill you?” He asks her amused. Her fear was like a sweet candy in his mouth he wants to her skin tasting her making her shiver in fear and hidden lust but he hold back siting down in his chair again. “So do you have any questions?” He asks her. Woobin’s eyes travel over her whole body once again. He noticed to small different showing that the other girls had marked their territory but it was nothing he could change. He tried to be fair with all of them never favoring on over the other but they still tried to catch his eyes getting his attention. He thought of so many ways to stop them but it never worked. So now he could just ignore it.
He smiles getting up as the door opens and one of the Servants comes in. “Bring the young miss to her room she must be tired.” He orders turning to the girl on last time. “Make sure to lock your doors my other wives can be really jealous by times.” He gets up walking to the back door. The servant would bring her to her room and show her where she was not allowed. The rules allowed his wives to walk around were ever they would like during days but the west wing were his own rooms were.
Woobin walks through the manor on his way up to the highest point of the manor it was still dark and it would stay like this for some time longer. He stands at the same point he had been standing when the girl first came in this night. The village were all quiet now and it was peaceful the cool air touching his face. He was standing there looking at the moon the only place in the manor he could be seen up here was the garden but at this time nobody would ever be in the garden so he was all alone standing there like a statue not even the slightest bit human more like a ruler of the night a prince of darkness.
@Kim Woobin One of the servant come to her side and leaded her to sit right beside of the woman that gave her the death glare. Gulping softly, Yerim took her seat and stared at her food, as much as they smell delicious, and never in her life had her seen such delicacy, she had no appetite at all. So far things didn't seem like how she had imagined. The girl thought that she would just be eaten alive and that would be all, not to be some sort of wife to a man that looks just like one of the human race. Still, she was relieved that she could remain alive, though what lies ahead of her was all by a mystery yet.
The man rose from his seat when he was done, with the ladies smiling at him and asking him to rest well. It made her crease her brow in puzzlement, ain't the man the beast that somehow kidnapped them as his own, why are they trying so hard to please him and get his attention. Yes, he was absolutely charming, but still, he was the reason how the whole village lives in fear and agony. She stared at her untouched food blankly as he leave the room, and as the door closes, she felt a fist tightening in her hair. Wincing at the pain, her hair was tugged to get her to face the woman beside her, and nothing but anger shone in her eyes as she muttered her threat to the youngest newcomer, "yah.. New meat.. You better stay away from young master.. Starve yourself to death or something, don't even try to get his attention.. If not I would kill you even before he does.."
Whimpering softly, Yerim tried to get the woman's hand away from her hair, "p-please let me g-go.." "Answer me, did you hear me right? Stay. Away. Understand?" Her words are filled with venom and there was nothing the poor girl can do but nod her head, before the woman finally release her grip in her hair. The servant then quickly tap Yerim's shoulder to ask her to follow him, which she quickly obeyed since staying here with these ladies didn't seem that welcoming anyway. She was then leaded to a large room that looks more like a library, there sat the man, who quickly rose to approach her in an intimidating way. The servant left and Yerim stay rooted on the ground, biting down on her lips in fear at every word he spoke. She thought she would have fainted there and then when he got really close to her, unable to reply to his question immediately as her breathing got heavier. "Y-yes.." Was all she could breathed out after a long pause, as she clenches tightly onto the side of her dress.
@kim yerim Woobin nod in the direction of one of the servants to show the girl to her seat. He would call her to the room later. The room or the black sanctuary how some of his servants call it was the library of the manor the room he was in the most time of the Day. All those rumors about Vampire being dead during day were wrong but it was true he would burn being in touch with the sun. The young once were falling into a dead like sleep but the older they got the longer they could resist the call of the sun to fall dead and really old once like him didn’t need to rest at all during day but it was mostly uncomfortable to be up during day so he would still rest during the main hours of day when the sun was the strongest.
His eyes moved upon his girls. He knew about the internal fights over his attention and how they treated newcomer but he didn’t really care as long as they won’t scar the perfect body of one other he was fine with it. If one of them would make a wound in his beautiful girls he would punish her but up until now they had been able to hold back. He let his eyes go on to the new girl she was now sitting on the table facing the other girls. She was a beautiful girl with a nice body and he could smell the metallic sweetness of her blood. His eyes returned to food in front of him. He was able to eat and he still liked the taste of food even if it couldn’t satisfy him.
Woobin shortly after finished his meal getting up to excuse himself telling one of the servants to bring over the new girl if she was finished then he makes his way over to the library. He sits down in his big leather armchair getting a book and starting to read. He was losing himself in the word as the door opened and one of the servants comes in with his new wife. He smiles waving her closer telling the servant to leave the room. “So you are my new sacrifice right?” Woobin asks getting up slowly making his way around her like a wild animal around his prey. He breath in deep to let her smell reach every part of his brain so he could remember it if she would ever run away. “Did you understand all of the rules?”
@Kim Woobin Upon stepping into the huge manor, Yerim was leaded to a dimly lit room that was similar to a ballroom, only that all that could be found was a nicely decorated long table filled with food. Her eyes widen when she say three other women sitting around the table nearer to the left end, recognising that they were from the village even though she did not know them personally. A hopeful smile almost broke upon her lips seeing that some of the many are still alive, however, the looks on the faces of these three woman stop her smile from creeping out. The one that look the oldest gave her a glare that was translated to jealousy in Yerim's eyes, while the other two look a little more empty and frighten, and none of them spoke a word to her, or to each other in fact.
Shuffling around helplessly, the girl just stood at the same spot a few feet away from the main table, unsure of which seat to take. Just when she was about to make a move, the huge door swung open and in come a tall, charming, but pale looking, young man. His hair was in a neat, wavy kind of mess, his features sharp and chiselled, an obvious dark circle around the bottom of his eyes. Yerim's eyes widen as the three ladies quickly rose from their seat, knees almost buckling when his deep, smooth voice echoed the room. She couldn't believe her ears, nor her eyes, that this alluring and captivating young man in front of her was in fact, the blood monster the villagers talk about. There is not even a tint of monstrosity reflected in him, but he did give off a deadly and authoritative aura.
The girl flinched when his eyes fell upon her, which she timidly return her gaze back at him. She listen carefully to his rules: Be obedient, never run away, and only stay at a certain part of the manor. If not, it means death. Her breath hitched at the intensity of his stare, swallowing her saliva as she stay rooted on the ground. It was as if her feet was nailed onto the ground, Yerim did plan to run away if she had a chance to, but from the looks of it, it seems highly impossible. Like a lost sheep in the wolf's den, she roamed her vision helplessly around the huge room, hoping someone could actually tell her what to do exactly.
@kim yerim Woobin was standing at the roof in all black in the village they were starting the ceremony of new moon they called it. It was a sacrifice ceremony for him. Every new moon a young girl was sacrificed to him to be his wife and for that he garneted the safety of the village. He could see the whole ceremony form up here. It was so typically human to make big ceremonies for stuff like this as if he was a god of some kind witch he definitely wasn’t. He was a creature of the night, a Vampire, that’s what human called them. They themselves never had a real name for their race but during the times he was alive he had been called many name and Vampire was by far the best of those so he for himself liked to be called a Vampire. The ceremony was going on soon the girl would make her way to his manor.
He looks down at the carriage bringing the young girl. She was beautiful and no screaming or begging was heard from . She was the first in years to calmly accepting her fate. Woobin looks closer seeing the tears on her face. A dark chuckle was leaving his mouth. “Let hope you will last longer than the others.” He whispers in the wind. Then his eyes moved back to the village where they started to the big meal they would make for the family of the girl as a symbolic present for taking their child. He was disgusted by that fact how could human be that bizarre. He would never give a symbolic present to somebody he just took away their most beloved person. The humans called them Monsters but sometimes he wasn’t too sure who the real monsters were.
Woobin turns around walking inside the manor. He had to greet his new wife. By now she should have been brought to the big dining room were all his wives were eating their dinner with him every night. Right now he had three wives without the new one. All of them were from the village. He wasn’t sure if they like it here but one of them had been with him for three years now the other for around a half year. His butler was waiting for him to take of his long black coat hiding even his face in dark shadow. Woobin pushed open the big doors to the room. Everybody in the room stood up to bow to him. He returns the gesture with a nod of his head so they would be able to sit down again. “Welcome to my manor.” His deep voice was filling the room even if he wasn’t speaking loud. “From today on you will be one of my wives. You will life you’re live in this manor in luxury but there will be some conditions. Frist you need to be fully obedient to me. Second you will never try to run away and third you will only stay in the part of the manor witch is open to my wives. If you disobey to one of the rules you will be punished with death.” He looks directly in her eyes before siting down in his big chair. “And now please eat.”
Every new moon would be the day the villagers dread the most, with tears and screams of denial filling the tense air, nobody would be there to heed their cry for help and mercy. For the safety of the majority, the village chef had made a deal with the blood monster living in his manor that a will be sent to him on every new moon, as a living sacrifice to please him. Nobody had seen him for real, and none of the girls that were sent over ever returned, all that they knew was that there will be no rampage when they keep up with their end of the deal.
This time round, surprisingly there was no screams nor cries, as the lady in white carefully sits in the carriage that was meant to take her to the manor. There was no expression on her face, only silent tears that runs down her cheeks as the carriage starts to move off. Yerim volunteered herself to be sent over when the lots was being drawn as the family of the selected girl promised to pay their family a huge sum of money, and she knows that for her family's survival, they need it.
Extremely terrified on the inside, Yerim stepped out of the carriage with a calm expression when it came to a halt and was greeted by a masked man, introducing himself as the butler. Her steps got heavier and wearier as it gets nearer to the front door. As the door finally creaked open, the girl stepped in, knowing that this might be the last time she'll ever see the outside world again.
Is it alright if I get accepted back as Joji? I'm sorry I've just been getting bullied on this site so I kinda got upset and over reacted. Then I got to thinking and realised I made a huge mistake.
