and unless your invited or wanted in or out of the district, your stuck where you are.
District two is the captial's favorite, They are well fed and trained. The district not only the supply of
weapons, they also supply the peacekeepers. Once a child turns 10, they start their training.
They first train to take part in the Hunger games. They train until they turn 19, and once they do,
the best of the best volunteer as tribute. Some progress faster than others,
some top trainers choke and leave it to the tribute whom was drawn. Most likely,
the tributes from district two will become the careers, and will seek to recrute for an alliance.
