District Eight

 

District eight is just north of the Capital. Like district 1, they hold education rather high. The people of eight are mostly dress-makers, seamstesses, or other various sewing jobs. They design and sew for people of the captial, and the top designers sometimes even become stylists for the hunger games, if they play their cards right. The population isn't starving like most districts. Like districts one, they have a nice place in the hearts of the people in the capital.
