District Nine

 

District nine is the most north, existing, district of panem. It is full of achers and achers of pastures. Eduacation usually held high, but the peacekeepers are allowed to drop out only if they were to join in working in the fields. Aside from district 12, this is one of the most poor district. Students usually drop out so they can bring home their cut of the grain for food.
