The Village is a large population of mansions built in the middle of Panem. Each victor is given a mansion within the village, where they live alone or with their family. The Village is not sectioned off, so all victors are allowed to thrive together, and become close with each other. Within the villages holds a train station with costumary cabins, there are 13 rails what lead to each district and the Capitol. Each victor is allowed to ride the train home when every they please, though they are only allowed to go to their own districts.
