- Presents proposed budget of activites to the student council.
- Handles all funds and works with other student council officers to ensure the best method of .spending is achieved.
- Keeps accurate record on income and expenses and reports to the Secretary.
- Attends each meeting on money matters to give input and advice.
- Coordinates fundraising projects of the student council to attain best possible spending.

CLASS REPRESENTATIVE ) LEE CHINHWA
- Attends all student council meetings and reports back to classrooms and each year group concerned, (making announcements, polls etc. whilst also updating the school council notice board with important events).

IMMIGRATION OFFICER ) PARK JUNHO
- Required to make all students of other ethnicities feel welcome and to settle in to the college life (those who are chinese, japanese, thai, international etc).
- May mentor those who he/she feels need an extra push.
- Are to report to all problems to the Guidence Counsellor and the President.
- Would be extremely helpful if they can speak multiple languages and/or are multi/bilingual.

JOURNALIST ) OH SEHUN
- Attends all student council meetings and summarises the event within the 'information' collum, they may ask to review the Secretary's notes and also write about the latest news within the school (you have permission to stalk and drama may be created this way).
- Works closely with the Photographer to produce the best article possible, (this will most likely be viewed as an announcement and a layout will possibly be provided). They are also required to carry a pen and notepad at all times to record any information regarding the latest scoop.

- Are required to carry their camera at all times and report to the Journalist if a promising story arises and and also serves in the absence of the Journalist (you have permission to stalk and drama may be created this way).

- Attends school, district and civic meetings alongside the President and/or Vice President.
