✧ KIRIGAKURE

Kirigakure, infamously known as the "Village of the Bloody Mist", is the shinobi village located in the Land of Water. As one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Kirigakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Mizukage. Kirigakure's architecture is composed of several cylindrical buildings, with the Mizukage's office being the widest and largest. Most of the taller buildings have trees on them. Befitting its name, the village is surrounded by a thick mist, with several mountains in the background, making it difficult to find by foreigners. Now, after the Fifth Shinobi World War, Kirigakure aims to mend it's relationships with other countries. The Village Hidden in the Mist is currently led by the Eighth Mizukage, Hoshigaki Satoru.

I was wondering as I understood Midonari Organization is an organization not blood related people right? Like kyujutsu is taught specifically to the children..? I wanted to join the rp as a member of the Midonari Organization but i couldn't quite get whether as a clanless person can i join them?
