✧ KUMOGAKURE

Kumogakure, the Village Hidden in the Cloud, is located in the Land of Lightning. As one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Kumogakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Raikage. The village is located in a range of tall mountains, and is literally hidden in the clouds. Most shinobi of this village seem to have a natural affinity for Lightning Release nature transformation. Nintaijutsu, and kenjutsu are also promoted as preferred fighting styles in this village. After the Fifth Shinobi World War and having plotted to take over Konohagakure but failing miserably, Kumogakure struggles to get back on its feet. The village is currently led by the Sixth Raikage, Masahiro.

I was wondering as I understood Midonari Organization is an organization not blood related people right? Like kyujutsu is taught specifically to the children..? I wanted to join the rp as a member of the Midonari Organization but i couldn't quite get whether as a clanless person can i join them?
