The Forest

@Sunggyu "Just because you wont die from it doesn't mean you should go untreated." she reminded him as she cut a few strips off of her shirt with her daggers."Use these to try and stop the blood for now so that we can figure out how to get you to safely. A wounded were is like ringing the dinner bell for those freaks."

Dara sighed and looked around, making sure that nothing was sneaking up on them. "Where is your place anyway? I can help you get there and cover you, no problems there." she offered.

@Ravi Gain noticed the look, but didn't say anything about as she shook her head to his question. "Nope. I was just going to roast some hot dogs on the skewers that I brought. I have enough for the both of us if you want some." Moving off the bed, she crawled along the floor, passed the hunter, to the front of her van and reached to the front seat to grab a bag. Pulling it up, she took out the metal skewer from the bag and turned to her companion. "See? Unfortunately I only have one stick, but we can share, right?"

@Gain The hunter nodded thoughtfully. "Hmmm." he tilted his head from side to side, making a show of thinking. During his ridiculous display, his stomach growled loudly. He stopped and blinked down at his still bare abdomen. Ravi's gaze moved back up, catching along Gain's curves. With a cheeky grin, he looked into her eyes and ran a hand through his ebony hair. "You had dinner yet?" he offered.

@Ravi "Okay, if you're sure." Gain shrugged her shoulders as she put away her bandages and pulled her gloves off, throwing them somewhere in the front of the van. She'll put her first-aid kit away later. It was too much hassle to do it now. Looking at the dark-hunter, she smiled slightly, then looked away from him. "Well, I don't have anything to do for the rest of the night and after being attacked like that, I'd rather steer clear of the forest at night, so we could either finding something to entertain ourselves or I could give you a lift back to the city and forget my camping plans for the weekend." Looking back at him, her smile widened as she scooted a little closer to him. "So what would you like to do?"

@Gain "Mmm. I stopped bleeding, right?" Ravi smiled and sat up, sitting loosely cross-legged with his feet on the bumper of the van. "As long as I'm done bleeding, I should be alright." he stretched, wincing lightly at the dry stinging of the alcohol-swabbed wounds. "Yea, I'm good." he nodded reassuringly as he poked one of the claw marks and it didn't start gushing blood. The hunter inhaled deeply, the smile still playing on his lips. It was the first full breath he'd actually taken since this whole thing started and he let it out with a playful huff. "So what now?"

@Dara "Psh," Sunggyu chuckled in amusement. She actually term herself as being badass?

He hadn't stopped to check the wound, but when the she-dragon pointed at his hand, he realized that it actually bled more than he thought. It wasn't like he was in any immediate danger; it would take hours for the wound to drain him if it wasn't treated soon, but leaving it to bleed was not an option, either.

Should he encounter another daimon group, he might just meet his end.

"I don't," the male said, grimacing as he caught the look of his hand under the moonlight. Too much blood and it made him feel slightly faint. "It's fine. I can't die from this. I think I can make it back to my own place."

@Sunggyu Even from where she was she could smell the coppery scent of blood coming from somewhere on his abdomen. "You can marvel about seeing a true badass later." she joked as she sheathed her knives and walked towards the wounded male. Dara pointed down at his hands, noticing the dark liquid that leaked out of him that appeared black in the moonlight. "We have that to take care of."

Unfortunately Dara didn't bring her bag so she didn't have her first aid kit with her to patch him up. "Do you have anything on you?" she asked and tilted her head, racking her brain for an alternate solution. If he came up short she would make the run to visit one of the local clans to borrow medical supplies from them. The alphas had a decent relationship and if she had to she would call in a favor. Not that the Jaguar would die of his wounds, it didn't seem that serious, but she didn't want to risk it.

If all else failed her remaining idea was to take him to Sanctuary but she didn't know how he would take that. They had just met, who follows a complete stranger to parts unknown unless they have no other choice? It didn't much matter to her though, stranger or not she had a responsibility to help all of the were-hunters.

@Dara Covering the gash by his abs with one hand, Sunggyu watched the female taunting the daimon - it almost looked as if she was just having fun. A small smile was on his lips as he heard her last words towards her prey, and he quietly bowed to take his daggers from the ground.

Turning to her after, he breathed deeply; no, he wasn't wrong. And it seemed she knew of his descent, too.

"I can ask the same of you," he replied, wincing at the pulsating pain he began to feel now that his adrenaline rush had ebbed away. "Never thought I'd actually live to see a dragon around." Managing a small smile, he eyed her graceful figure - lithe but strong. She made a fierce warrior.

"Thank you for this, by the way. I owe you one."

@Daehyun It wasn't much of a surprise when he began to kiss back but she enjoyed it nonetheless. Her heart began to race and her body heated up as she felt him against her chest. At his request she parted her lips and beckoned him to enter, enticing his tongue into with her own. She slipped her hands around his waist and up his back, lightly grazing her nails on his skin through his shirt. Even though they were right next to each other she wanted him closer, very deep inside of her if she had her way and she didn't want to take 'no' for an answer.

@Sunggyu As the daimon she had punched staggered backward she flipped her dagger in her hands and plunged it right through his chest. He turned to dust like the other and she grinned menacingly as she saw the one she had kicked to the ground trying to get up. Dara stalked toward it like a tiger closing in on its prey, absentmindedly spinning her knife with her fingers. With all of the others taken care of this was nearly a joy kill.

"Messed with the wrong people today, huh? You must have been born under an unlucky star." she taunted. But before the creature could respond she bent down and stabbed her blade right through its heart. Like the others it turned to dust and she almost reveled in the sight. "Fly free little soul."

With a sigh she stood again and turned to the male she had come to save with a smile. From there she could just make out the faint smell of fur. It was different than the wolves, bears, snow leopard, and everything else she had ever known so it only left one thing. "Jaguar." she whispered and paused, not knowing what to do with him. Of course she had been around Jaguars before, all Katagaria, but he was different. He was an anomaly, an arcadian, a creature that shouldn't exist anymore. "How is this possible?"

@Dara It just evaporated right in front of his face, right after Sunggyu blocked the attack and stabbed it right through its chest with his other hand. Two others lunged at him, which he only waited until they were close enough before jumping back and letting their heads met. A loud crack was heard, he wasn't sure what that was but he didn't stop to think either.

From the corner of his eyes, he could see her - a graceful dance of death performed flawlessly. He was lucky that day. Had he not happen to meet her there, his life story would have been drastically different. Four to one is a tad bit too many already, he won't be able to take down seven at once.

The male stabbed the two daimons instantaneously, but just one other was aiming an attack towards him and though he managed to avoid the fatality, it left a gash on his stomach. Hissing from the pain, he kicked the one that wounded him to the ground and threw one of his daggers towards its chest.

"Tch," Sunggyu gritted his teeth, glancing at the other female. The wind blew, carrying the scent of his blood mixed with... something else.

Was he smelling this right? A dragon?

@Sunggyu The male changed direction and at first she didn't know what he was up to until the positions were set. A wicked grin set on her face as she shifted her weight to the balls of her feet and bent her knees, ready for combat. There was something about hand-to-hand battle that she found thrilling. It wasn't as good as fang and tooth-to-hand combat but she wasn't sure she could change with the strange man around.

As he first daimon reached her she spun and high-kicked it in the face, sending the thing sprawling on the ground to the right of her. She ducked under the hands of the other and stuck her dagger right into the middle of it's chest. It turned into dust but she didn't even stop to stare, there were more to deal with. With a growl she punched the next in the face hard, moving her fist upward through the jaw which she heard breaking under the hit.

@Dara Surprisingly, she ran towards his direction. Sensing this, Sunggyu led the group into making a circle - they would think he's only buying time, but no. All he needed was a distraction good enough so all of their attention wasn't on him.

Gaze falling upon the female's form, with the gleaming knives she held in both hands - perhaps she wasn't bad at all, Sunggyu thought.

"There are seven," he said, pulling his own combat dagger out as he stopped in front of her. "Be careful."

And just as he quickly slid behind the female and blocked a daimon attack... the chaos began.

@Sunggyu In the near silence of the woods was calming and Dara closed her eyes to enjoy it when her keen hearing caught something else. Muffled by the underbrush she could hear steps, lots of steps coming toward her and moving fast. It was a pursuit but she couldn't quite tell why until she turned to get a look at what was happening.

Even in the dark she could see one figure ahead of his pursuers, all blonde. A quick count made an even number and she knew that could only mean one thing: daimons. "." she mumbled and considered calling Jaejoong or Hara but she knew that it was possible that neither of them could make it in time. Dara had to make a move and do it fast.

Digging down deep she started running, hoping to intercept the pack before they reached their prey. Even as she was in her human form she could take them out, it would take some doing but she could. As she neared she pulled out her knives and gripped them tightly in her hands, prepared for combat. Sure it wasn't what she had wanted to do with her night and she would have preferred to relax in the darkness but at least a daimon hunt could be cathartic.

@Dara Sunggyu ran.

They'd chase him from the edges of the city, and in the attempt to deviate them from the population, he'd chosen the forest to take shelter. Should these daimons separate from each other, he would be able to take them head-on. He wasn't stupid; to launch himself against a whole group would be knocking at Death's door.

Even in his human form, he was still able to maintain distance, but he wasn't sure how much longer. The problem? Seeing the female wandering inside the forest, because the moment he closed in enough to notice her, he had to change his direction.

Faint steps rustled the fallen leaves above the ground as he took a sharp turn - away from the woman, away from everyone else.

@Sunggyu With all of her time on shift at Sanctuary lately Dara had begun to go a little stir crazy. There were times when it felt like the walls and patrons were closing in around her and made her feel so claustrophobic. The dragon inside of her just needed to be out, to have space, and breathe the fresh air so she decided to take a break from it all.

Her booted steps brought her to the one place that felt the most like being free again and she found herself in the forest. As far as she could tell she was at least a little alone. Some time to herself was all that she wanted and she was hoping that this time she could finally relax.

@Daehyun His attitude was something she didn't really know what to do with but then again it didn't really matter. There was only the one thing on her mind at that moment and it was between his legs, the rest of him wasn't a big deal. Besides, it was entirely likely that she would never see him again after this so she didn't care too much if he wasn't perfect. It wasn't like she was mated to him or anything so she didn't have a care in the world.

Dara pulled him closer to her by his shirt so that her s just brushed up against his chest and looked up at him. "So what are we waiting for?" she asked rhetorically and tiptoed up to press her lips against his hungrily.

@Daehyun There was definitely something about him that was interesting and as he spoke she couldn't help but to notice the provocative tone he took with her. It said a lot about him and she wasn't sure just what to do with him at that moment. He was either a total creep or a decent guy that liked to play around on the wild side and she couldn't quite tell which.

"I wasn't going to go for but that is surely a nice idea." she replied as she reached out and gently took his shirt in her hands, lifting just the edge of it teasingly. "You certainly do talk big but I am not sure you can deliver and earn a good nickname." The words came out just above a whisper, a hiss of a dare.

@Daehyun The closer he got the more amused she became by him. He was definitely not hiding his intentions towards her and she thought it was refreshing. She wasn't opposed to what he had in mind, it had been far too long since she had last had a lover and she was ready to scratch that itch. That didn't mean that she was going to make it easy for him though.

"How have I ruined your calm?" she ask, a wry grin spreading across her face. "If you would prefer to be calm then you can always turn around and pretend like you never saw me. I won't make a fuss."

Dara considered the concept of a secret identity and decided that it would probably be fore the best. No matter who or what he was it wasn't going to change her desires for the moment. "Should I give you a code name then?" she asked as she took the other step, taking her right next to him and looked up into his eyes. "I am sure I will be calling you something by the end of the night."

@Daehyun Although he was still pretty far away she could practically feel his gaze on her body and she wasn't sure whether to be pissed off or flattered. It wasn't often that a man really looked at her at all when he wasn't completely drunk so it was nice to know she was still desirable to males. But he was still a stranger so it was kind of creepy.

At his comment about hunters she wanted to laugh and reply that the only hunters in the woods were were-hunters and occasionally dark-hunters but she wasn't even sure what he was yet. Instead she just dropped her arms, leaving the majority of her body exposed to his stare as she hoped to distract him into giving something away. If he got too handsy she would just turn into her dragon form and burn him to a crisp.

"Maybe I am a witch out here casting that some spells that require me to be skyclad under the moonlight." she joked and gestured him closer with the curve of her finger. "What are you doing out here? Are you a hunter?"

@Ravi She chuckled light as she took a moment to admire his back muscles. Muscles rippled under his skin when he rolled his broad shoulders. His back was covered in bruises and stratch wounds, much like the front. Getting a new alcohol cloth, she went to work on cleaning him up. Every so often, she'd lightly run her fingers along his back. His muscles would twitch a little from her touches and she half hoped he didn't notice and half hoped he did. "Okay, I'm done. Now I need you to turn back around, so I can patch you up.

@Gain The hunter watched Gain work and couldn't help but notice the way her gaze settled on his toned physique. The almost casual staring was quite the confidence boost after the thrashing Ravi had taken that night. His grin stayed in place as he let her swab his wounds. When prompted he rolled over to lay on the bed, arms folded under his head. "Why would I do that? That would be rude." he chuckled as he rolled his shoulder muscles, relaxing a bit. He seemed completely at ease, sprawled out on Gain's mattress. Not a care in the world, this one...

@Daehyun It was so wonderful to be out and away from the Sanctuary for once. Dara rarely had time alone where she wasn't doing something for either her fellow were-hunters or Jaejoong and his dark-hunters but she decided that night would be different. It was going to be just for her and she was going to do whatever she felt like which at that moment was flying. Or it would have been if she hadn't caught movement out of the corner of her eye.

Dara stopped bouncing and glanced over between a set of trees only to see a male she hadn't seen before looking at her. Panic set in as she realized she was just in her bra and and they weren't exactly covering that much to begin with. Her face turned a bright red and she reached down with her pale arms to try and cover up as much as she could. There was no telling if he were a human, a were-hunter, or something else so she wasn't exactly sure what to do or say.

Start simple. "Umm, hi." she called and waved to him as best as she could and still remain covered. "Nice night for a walk, right?" Yeah, that would work. Just be casual and pretend like everything was normal and it would be alright. At least that is what she hoped.

@Daehyun With a soft sigh she stepped quietly through the forest. Darkness seemed to cling to the trees, making them appear almost black as the mist crept around them like a glowing shroud of reflected moonlight. It had an eerie allure that was at once foreboding and inviting which appealed to the were-hunter because that was exactly what she needed for her little outing.

Under the cover of night and surrounded by shadow she began to disrobe beside a large elm. First her jacket and then her sweater were folded neatly and placed at the trunk before she slipped off her boots to set beside them. Only the muffled sound of her belt could be heard as she unbuckled it and ed her pants. With one smooth motion she pushed he zipper down and shimmied out of her jeans, the cotton cloth gathering at her feet before she stepped out of them. The cold air made her shiver and bumps formed on her skin as she set those too aside.

Her breath turned into mist in front of her and hung in the air as she started pulling her shirt off over her head. The effort left her dark tresses tousled as she tossed the garment on her growing pile and she bounced a few times on the balls of her feet in excitement which warmed her immensely. As far as she knew she was alone so there was no need to cling to propriety or modesty by herself so she took a moment to admire her own form clad only in her black laced two-set.

@Ravi Gain noticed he looked a little spaced out, but he responded to her request quickly as he pulled his shirt off. To be honest she wasn't surprised that he had rippling abs sectioned like chocolate, but didn't mean she couldn't admire them for a little bit. She didn't even look away as she slipped on the gloves and tore open an alcohol packet, before she began her work. "This might sting a bit." Starting with the top and working her way down, she cleaned up the several gashes on his chest, hoping the bleeding would stop long enough for her to wrap his chest and back up. "Okay, now turn around or lay on your stomach, and please don't put your shoes on my bed."

@Gain "Nah." Ravi shook his head and rolled himself back into a sitting position. He gave an affirmative 'Mmm' at the luck that he had had tonight. The hunter knew that if Gain hadn't been there, it would have been a much longer process of getting help. As he thought about this, Gain kept talking and Ravi soon realized that he hadn't really been listening. In his mind he retraced the conversation and simply said "oh!" before unabashedly pulling his shirt over his head. The man smiled sheepishly. "sorry about that." he laughed. There were several sets of gashes littered across his back and chest, but there didn't seem to be anything too dangerous.

@Ravi "You're not going to fall asleep on my are you?" Gain opened the door to the passenger seat and reached into the glove compartment for the first-aid kit. Closing the door again, she walked around the back and hopped into the van, sitting next to the hunter on her bed. "It's a good thing I was going to camp out here tonight, huh?" Opening the kit, she took out some gloves to slip on, alcohol wipes, and bandages. "Could you take off your shirt and any other clothing covering up wounds I can't see, please?"

@Gain The hunter kept up a small smile as they finished their journey to the van. He started to feel dizzier with the new pace, but he swallowed the sicky feeling that rose up in his throat. With a comfortable sigh, he plopped down inside the van. His eyes glazed slightly as he watched Gain walk around the vehicle and as his position changed, he found hi,self sinking down into the soft red sheet of the mattress.

@Ravi Gain smiled and laughed a little at Ravi even though she felt his hand trembling when he poked her. "Okay. I'll take your word for it. Sorry for worrying you." Picking up her pace to match his, she hoped they would get there faster without tiring the hunter out too much. They walked for awhile in silence, before reaching her van at the entrance of the forest. It wasn't the kind of van meant for families, it was one of those cargo vans similar to the type that pick up kids, except it's black instead of white. Unlocking her vehicle, she lead him around to the back and opened the back door. Inside it was gray with a mattress covered with a red sheet. "Hop in. I need to get the first aid kit from the front."
