@Taehyung Jinri leaned mostly on Taehyung as he helped her out to the lobby. Not because she needed to, but because she wanted to be closer to him then she already is. Sitting in the chair he directed her to, she pulled out her phone and texted her parents, letting them know about the scandal she was probably in now before they found out. Her parents were always chill about this sort of thing. Scandals came with the territory of fame, so it can't be avoided from time to time. Nothing for either of them to get worked up over. After her first scandal two years ago when she took on the boy look and years of being bullied everything rolls off her back now. There's nothing complete strangers can say to her that will affect her. Putting her phone away, she nodded when Taehyung responded. "Neutral is good. If the burden gets too much for you let me know. I'll take some of it off your back." She smiled as she lifted her injured knee. "I'm good. It's not like I haven't had worse, so I'll live." Patting his back, she shook her head. "Don't apologize for them. You're not responsible for this happening. They made their choice, so they're the ones at fault. Luckily I don't have any schedules for now. Though I am waiting for a call on a drama I'm interested in, but by the time they get back to me this should be all healed. I was only teasing about my weight by the way. I know you're big strong Kim Tae-gorgeous." She laughed at the ending, cracking up at her own joke. When he got up to answer his phone, she hear him getting chewed out by a man on the other side of the phone. Probably his manager. Sounds like the man needs to chill, but she knew her manager wouldn't be any better. Nothing she couldn't handle though. "I don't mind an interview. It's not like I have anything to hide, right?" Once again leaning on Taehyung, they were greeted by her fuming, red in the face manager. He honestly needs to take a chill pill. Letting him go, she frowned when he bowed, but didn't bother saying anything. "See ya around Tae-gorgeous. Thanks again." Limping close to him, she gently grabbed his face with both hands and pulled him down and lightly kissing his lips. Winking, she made the call me gesture then walked out with her manager, getting into the car, and driving away.
@Sulli Taehyung listened intently. Well, later on he was going to have to answer to any reporter's interview if this was to get out to the press. He felt responsible for what happened to Jinri, mainly because it was his fans that caused it. Taehyung had Jinri leaned onto him instead of her leg as they walked out and he sat her down while he settled her bills before coming back to her. "My fans? Oh, well, it's not always that they misbehave so I'm gonna have to be neutral about this." Taehyung answered her question as he received a message from his manager. "How are you though? I'm sorry my fans did that to you." Taehyung said apologetically. He was a fool for his fans but he's not blind or stupid to know the wrong and the right. "I'll make sure to clarify things up and get back to you as soon as possible. I hope you don't have any prior schedules though. This looks like it's gonna take awhile to heal." Taehyung said, inspecting her leg over again. "Oh and about your weight, you're not that heavy. It's just its been a long time since I've ran. In jeans." Taehyung gestured to his worn out jeans that he came out with today. Receiving a call, he excused himself to answer it. It was his manager. And he sounded pissed off. The netizens were having a field day on the net and apparently they were blaming both of them. Taehyung sighed as he explained things over the phone with his manager. When it came to an end, even if he was told to get back to the company, his manager told him that Jinri's ride was coming in a minute. Nodding, he went back to Jinri and sat down with her. "So ... you might get called for an interview by those news site on the Internet. And your ride is here." Taehyung said as he hoisted her up and helped her walk when a man came in, Taehyung assumed it was her manager. "She's alright, and here's the bill and doctor's letter about her leg. I'm sorry for troubling you." Taehyung bowed 90 degrees to the manager. "See you around, Jinri. And don't worry, I'll take care of this the best I can."
@Taehyung "Aw come on Tae-gorgeous I'm not that heavy am I?" Jinri laughed at Taehyung. Watching him catch his breath was funny. An idol that dances and sings at the same time for a living should be able to run for awhile and not be like he was about to die. Maybe having a girl on his back was a strain on his physical capabilities. Calming down, she waited patiently for him to breathe again. When he called her a friend, she beamed, throwing her arm around his shoulder for a one armed hug. "Yay. We're friends now. I'm friends with Kim Tae-gorgeous. I got to tell my friend from France that. She's going to flip and be so jealous when I tell you sang for me." She got hurt today, but it couldn't get any better. "I hope things go well with your fans. They probably won't, but we can still hope, right?" She shrugged. Her fans were so mellow she's never had problems like idols do. When it was their turn, she leaned on Taehyung as he helped her walk to the exam room. Sitting on the table, she sat back enough for her leg to stay straight. The doctor looked at, poking and prodding, making sure it wasn't broken. She rated her pain at a seven when asked. The wound wasn't that bad. From time to time, she'd look at Taehyung and saw his slight uneasiness. Probably due to being in the doctor's office. The doctor finished his examination, then went to the cabinets to grab an alcohol wipe, a gauge pad, and hospital tape. Jinri didn't like hospital tape. It was hard to get off and hurt when she pulled at it. Wiping the wound clean, he covered it with the pad, then taped it down. "It's fine. There's no permanent damage. It'll be hard to walk without a limp for the next few days. I suggest keeping it elevated to keep the swelling down and come back in a week if it's still hard to walk. As for the wound it'll scab over by tomorrow and be gone soon enough." Standing up, he shook Jinri's hand, then Taehyung, before bidding ado and walking out to see his next patient. "Well I'm ready to go if you are. How's everything with your fans?"
@Sulli Taehyung's blocked out for a moment after he heard her question. He held his chest and tried to calm his breathing. It has been too long since he's sprint that long and he didn't want to have a heart attack of some sort. So after taking a couple of minutes to get his breathing calmed, only then he took out his phone and bit his lip. "I'll be fine. As much as fans are important to me, my friends well-being is just as important." Taehyung answered her question before having a look at the wound. He hissed a bit at the sight of it, having a slightly weak heart against wounds and such. "I can deal with the fans later. But first I have to see what the doctor says about your wound." Taehyung said as their number was called up and he pulled her up, getting her to lean on him as he led her into the doctor's room. Taehyung never liked any place medical so he had a disgusted face on him before the doctor came in to treat Jinri. He checked his phone while he was doing so and the comments were crazy. There were some fans that got angry and some that cried but most of the fans were confused as hell why Taehyung was hanging around Jinri. Taehyung was puzzled as to why his fans were so anti with her. He posted a post on his fan cafe saying that he'll post a video soon once things settle down and that he's very disappointed with his fans who were before okay with him hanging around people. He waited until the doctor finished treating Jinri. "So how's it looking, doc?"
@Taehyung Jinri looked at Taehyung when he stopped playing and asked to see her knee. Rolling up her pants leg, she lifted her knee as high as she could to show him the small scrape. "Yeah. I think so. It just hurts a lot." Even though the wound was small it hurt and stung. Hissing, she set her leg back down, but she left her pants rolled up. The wound would hurt worse if fabric was rubbing against it. She'll be fine if she can get to a bathroom to clean it up and get a bandage for it. Before she knew it Taehyung had her on his back and was running to get them out of there. Wrapping her arms around his shoulders tightly, she held on for the ride. His pace had her bumping up and down on his back, jarring her knee enough to make it hurt worse, but it's nothing she couldn't endure. From the way things were going she couldn't tell if her day was getting better or worse. Kim Taehyung sung part of The Manual to her and now she was on his back trying to avoid crazy raging fans with smart phones and video rolling. When did this turn into a Korean drama? Where ever he was taking her was far. Or maybe taking a few detours to lose the fans made the trip long. Whichever was the case, they lost them by the time they got to a clinic on the corner. Dropping her off in a chair, she hissed as she stretched her leg out on an empty chair next to her. She couldn't bring herself to bend it again after the rough ride. When he came back, she was massaging around the hurt area. "Yeah. I'm fine. Thank you Taehyung. Are you going to be okay? Because your fans didn't sound too happy and your phone is buzzing off the charts."
@Sulli He was half way through the song when people started taking out their smartphones and began recording him. A normal sight for Taehyung whose been performing on the streets since he was in school. However, an uproar happened in the blink of an eye and no matter how startled he was, he kept going. He wanted to see how things were going to end but when Jinri was pushed, Taehyung immediately placed the guitar down gently and bend down near her. "You okay? Let me see that." Taehyung took a look at her knee and scrunched his face. It probably needs medical attention. He looked to where she was and saw people who were tweeting about it and recording videos of this incident. He sighed and turned around before pulling Jinri on his back. "We're getting out of here." Taehyung said once he secured her on his back, he started running away. He past the guitar owner and thanked him while running in all directions. Luckily this area was a no car area so basically they wouldn't be stopped by any traffic lights. Hearing the drumming of footsteps behind him caused Taehyung to take left turns and right turns without really knowing where he's going. He just wanted to lose the crowd. The vibration on his pocket was intense with notifications coming from his fans at the fan cafe. Taking another left turn, he noticed a small clinic in the corner and barged in, surprising everyone inside. And for the first time in Taehyung's life, he was grateful none of his fans were around. Setting Jinri down on one of the chairs, he went to register her for an appointment. Only then did the adrenaline rush drop and he panted for breath as he took a seat beside Jinri, "Are you okay?" He asked, worried that she was scarred.
@Taehyung Jinri waited patiently as Taehyung thought about where he wants to go for his special performance. Their friend bid them goodbye in the meanwhile. Telling him goodbye, she waved after him, before turning her attention back to the man she was waiting on. Soon enough he made up his mind, then grabbed her hand. Smiling, she squeezed his hand, blushing a little to be touching like this. He led her to a small stage where a man was playing a guitar. They exchanged words, Jinri waiting right in front before Taehyung had the guitar and was speaking into the microphone. Some enough he was strumming the guitar and singing. Jinri stared right at him with awe and happiest shining on her face. Swaying back and forth, she whispered the lyrics as he sang. Taehyung voice was better in person. No recording could do him justice. She was so entranced by his performance she didn't notice a crowd forming behind her. There people videoing him playing and a few phones drifted to her when they realized who she was and who Taehyung was singing to. Some of Taehyung's fans were among those people. Upset, one fan in particular pushed Jinri, causing her to almost fall. Instead, she grabbed the end of the stage at the last minute, hitting her knee against it hard. Hissing, she turned around to see who pushed her and ruined her performance. She noticed the crowd of people with their phones and groaned. Now this was going to end up on the internet. The last thing she wanted.
@Sulli Taehyung nodded when she said she wouldn't mind. But at a guitar shop, it'll be hard for the customers to enter if in the event that the fans do catch on. Taehyung thought long and hard before he remembered a place that was quite open which is quite near to the arcade. If a mob were to happen, it'll at least be easier to escape. Their friend had to leave already and Taehyung didn't mind so he shrugged at him. "Come on Jinri. I know a place." Taehyung said as he took her hand and pulled her along with him. He has a habit of taking one person's hand first especially if it's a girl. Call him a playboy or gentleman or whatever, he just feels responsible of the girl is all. They came to a small stage set up and there was someone who was playing guitar there. Taehyung borrowed the guitar and sat on the stool. "Ah, ah, testing, testing. Hi, I'm Kim Taehyung and I'm gonna perform The Manual. Also, anyone who wants to give money for my performance please hand it over to that guy because this is his guitar." Taehyung spoke through the mic before strumming the guitar strings and began playing. Not long after, a crowd was formed behind Jinri but Taehyung never took his eyes off of her. If anything happened, he was gonna drop the guitar and rescue her.
@Taehyung "Aren't princes supposed to be cute?" She asked, one cheek puffed out and her index finger touching it like she was popping a bubble. Then she laughed and shook her head, feeling a little weird having done that. Acting cute wasn't her thing, but a little treat for Kim Tae-gorgeous wasn't that bad. Their friend laughed at her antics and complained she never did cute things for him. All she did was slap his arm in reply and stick her tongue out at him. Jinri cracked up when Taehyung fanboyed, bending over to hold her sides, before standing and laughing into her hand. "Why am I adorable? You're the one that's adorable." She said, lightly poking his shoulder. "I don't mind you playing at a guitar shop. We'll just need to avoid your fans, so I can listen in peace and so we don't cause the store trouble." The last thing Jinri wanted was to be interrupted and disturbed during her dream become reality. "You want to go now or play around some more?"
Jackson had never played these before since he'd been so focused on getting to where he was. He started up the machine playing the game. He lost as soon as he started. Jackson stretches his neck and arms before trying again. He still lost. He ruffles his own hair in frustration before trying again. This time he made it to the next level before he died. He fell to his knees as the game started him back at level one. Jackson gives a pout before storming off back to the practice room.
@Sulli Taehyung chuckled and reached out to pretend to ruffle her hair because of the cap on her head. "You're kinda cute for a prince." Taehyung said once he retrieved his hand. He hasn't met anyone this cool and charming before so it was refreshing. Taehyung had his hands behind his back and closed his eyes as he waited for his wish. What could it be? Come out in a girl group's outfit. Not the first time he's done it. Pay for dinner. Damn, he didnt bring much money. Many ridiculous wishes went through his mind that he widened his eyes when he heard it. "That's it? Hey, what am I going to do? Why are you so adorable? Of course I'll play The Manual on guitar for you!" Taehyung chuckled and fanboyed a bit to Jinri, batting his eyelashes before chuckling again. "We just need to find a place that has a guitar unless you're okay with me playing at some guitar shop." Taehyung said to her. This girl was a fan of his. An adorable one at that.
@Taehyung "It was part compliment, part insult. I was insulting you for losing, but Kim Tae-gorgeous is a compliment. I speak the truth and nothing but the truth." She said the last part with her right hand over her heart and her left hand held up. Their friend laughed and she joined him. Calming down, she jumped on the ball of her feet once, excitement getting the best of her. Now for her wish. She was so excited, because she's been dreaming about this for months and now it was finally coming true. "I want you, Kim Taehyung of L.I.V.E, aka the little alien aka Kim Tae-gorgeous to sing and play "The Manual" on guitar for me. That is my favorite one out of all of your solo songs and I need to hear it in person." It wasn't a big wish, she knew, but there weren't many that got to see such amazing talent in person, up close and personal. "I hope that's okay with you. If it's an inconvenience then I'll come up with another wish."
@Sulli Taehyung nodded the deal for the loser to grant a wish of the winner. He was impressed with how Jinri remained number one for who knows how long. 'Wow, she must be really good.' Taehyung thought as she watched her play. She was so into it and that caused Taehyung to be more intrigued on watching to see who would win but by the time he saw that her score was a point more than his, he broke into a smile. She beat him. And it took quite awhile for her to finish the game as well. Chuckling and clapping his hands when she finally realized that she won. Taehyung smiled a little and shook his head. "You know, I don't know if you meant to mock me or compliment me if you end it with a Kim Tae-gorgeous." Taehyung chuckled and nodded his head in acknowledgement. "Alright, you win. So now, what's South Korea's Little Prince's wish that she wants L.I.V.E's little alien grant?" Taehyung asked with a raised brow. His friend came and had the laugh of his life when he saw that Jinri beat Taehyung. Shaking his head and admitting his defeat, he looked at Jinri whilst waiting for her wish.
@Taehyung "Ha, you're cute if you think I'm going to let you break my bank so I can feed your hungry, hungry hippo stomach. How about the loser has to grant the winner one wish that doesn't involve buying food or drinks." Jinri watched with a careful eye as he played the game. Taehyung was doing better than she thought he would, considering how he was rusty. The game went on for awhile and the score racked up high with each level he played. By the time he lost, the score was high enough to put him in ninth place. "Not bad for a rust bucket, but if you'll kindly direct your attention to the rank board you'll see in first place is Sulli. That's my screen name." She bragged as she took out more tokens and put them into the machine, starting the game again. Jinri played with absolute concentration. There was a pattern to Pac-Man and as long as you could see then you couldn't lose. Moving the stick left, right, back, and forth, she avoided the ghost and ate the white pills gaining points. She doesn't know how long she played for, but she knows that when her game was up her score was in third place. Happy she won, she threw her arms in the air and yelled, "Whoo! Damn I'm too good." Turning to look at Taehyung, she pointed at her score. "Read 'em and weep Kim Tae-gorgeous."
@Sulli He was blank when she started mentioning the names of the games though he was sure they sounded familiar. Shooting games aren't his best and he was glad when Jinri brought them to the Pac-Man one. He would've lost terribly if she brought him to a shooting game. Taehyung was half-expecting Jinri to get competitive. This was like her turf and he was trespassing. But it's a way to start a good friendship right? Competing over Pac-Man. Taehyung stood in front of the machine before raising a brow at her cheekily. "Loser pays for dinner?" Taehyung asked, for a bet. If they were going to go head to head, why not bet it over something they're gonna eat later? Taehyung is constantly hungry anyway so it'd be Jinri's loss if she loses. Smirking, he began the game and focused well on playing it. It was tough for the first few minutes but then his movements were revived with memories of the past on playing this thing. It took him quite awhile to finish and when he did his score was in the Top 10 ranks, well ranking at number 9. "Ah, if only I'm not that rusty, maybe I could've gotten up to the 5th place." Taehyung said with a hint of mischief sarcasm. He stepped aside and gestured to Jinri. "Mi lady." Taehyung said as he waited for her to play. All the while, he felt his phone vibrate and he figured it's the fans fangirling over something.
@Taehyung Jinri was going to explain what she meant, but gave up on it. It's nothing relevant to talk about, so moving on. "Oh, so you're a foody. That's cool. I don't eat a lot. My stomach isn't big enough to hold a lot of food." She patted her stomach, having ate lunch an hour ago and still felt full. Their friend left them to get tokens. Jinri felt she should have been the one to get them, since she invited them their, but she wasn't going to stop him from being generous. Thinking about his question, she counted off all the games she was good at, realizing it was all the games in the arcade, she decided to only name a few. "I'm good at shooting games, DDR, racing games, Pac-Man, Air Hockey, and Skii-Ball just to name a few." Jinri could tell Taekyung used to come here. The look of familiarity came over his face as he looked around. Had she not been so absorbed in being someone she wasn't, then she probably would have met him a long time ago. She scoffed at his challenge. "Heh, please. That's my line. I know these games like the back of my hand and I'm not going to lose a single game. Just you watch." She took a few tokens out of the bag and lead them to the Pac-Man game. Putting the coins into the game, she stepped aside for him to play. "Why don't you go first." She wanted to access his skills, so she'd know what she's up against.
@Sulli Hearing her summary and her reluctant tone while talking had Taehyung suggesting that it was a story for another time, another day possibly. Taehyung scratched the side of his hair and tilted his head before shaking it. "No, my fans actually prefer me straight." He said as he was confused with what just happened. He was pulled out of his bubble of thoughts when Jinri asked him such a question. "Huh? Me? Oh, I don't really play the arcades. I'm more of a eating during my free time kind of guy." Taehyung answered and was teased that the only reason why he doesn't come to arcades is because he's bad at them to which he rebutted back that he only prefers food over arcades. "What arcade do you play best? Maybe you and I could go head to head?" Taehyung suggested when his friend went to buy tokens, leaving he and Jinri alone. Looks like that his friend is leaving him often with her, not a surprise. Taehyung looked around the arcade's interior and nostalgia came over him, he remembered the times he'd come here to hide from his schoolmates when he's in a bad mood. "But don't expect me to go easy on you, I can get kinda competitive." Taehyung said teasingly before chuckling as his friend came back with a bag of tokens suggesting that they spend the day here.
@Taehyung "L.I.V.E's little alien, huh? That's cute." Jinri let go of his hand and stepped back from the car, so she wouldn't be in the way of Taehyung getting out the car. Their friend drove away to park the car in the parking lot and they stayed out to wait for them. Laughing a little, she answered him. "You're adorable when you look confused. I'm flattered to know you've heard about me. When I was younger I used to be girly and I was more girly in middle school and through most of high school. I couldn't stand it, so I changed everything. I prefer boy's clothes to girls clothes, so I was dubbed the Little Prince in my last year of high school." Now wasn't the time to go into her whole sob story and she'd rather not think about it, so she keep her answer short. Hearing Taehyung's name being called, she looked at the girls at the same time they noticed her. Heaven forbid they post pictures on the internet. Not like it matters, but she'd rather not have drama. "You know fans would rather their idols be gay, then to hang out with a girl." Their friend said something in agreement to Jinri's statement, before leading them inside. "Yep. I like to come here from time to time when I'm not busy. How about you?" The arcade was loud and dim with bright flashing lights on the games. It wasn't crowded, since they came during the middle of the day and kids were still in school.
@Sulli Taehyung backed up a bit when the girl leaned against the car window. He side glanced at his friend who gestured for him to meet the someone that they were supposed to meet. When he heard the compliment, he smiled. "Thanks. Kim Taehyung, L.I.V.E's Little Alien." Taehyung answered her as he took her hand to shake before his friend made him leave the car so he could park it properly. He went out and narrowed his eyes at him and looked back at the girl. "Wait, Nation's Little Prince? I've heard about you, but aren't you supposed to be a Princess?" Taehyung asked, tilting his head a bit in confusion. There were some that noticed him and called out, Taehyung acknowledged them with a small wave of his hand. They squealed before they saw Jinri and ran away with worried expressions. "What is wrong with them?" Taehyung looked after them in confusion. Just then, his friend slung his arms over both Jinri and Taehyung, one on each side and led them inside. "Jinri, you play arcades?" Taehyung asked.
@Taehyung Jinri didn't get a reply. "He must be driving." Shrugging it off, she pulled up a game of tetris to occupy her time. She was so into it she almost didn't hear someone talking to her. Pausing her game, she looked up and froze for a moment or two or three. Sitting in her friend's car was none other than Kim Taehyung. The same Kim Taehyung she's only listened to and looked at photos of on the internet. In his brown sweater and fedora the pictures almost don't do him justice. He's a lot better looking in person. Straightening up, she put her phone to sleep and slid it in her pocket, before walking towards the car. A bright smile graced her face as leaned against the car, arms resting on the window. "Wow you're more gorgeous in person." Sticking her hand in to shake, she introduced her self. "I'm Choi Jinri. South Korea's Little Prince. It's nice to meet you."
@Sulli He was in the studio playing his guitar when his friend texted him about meeting up with someone. Taehyung, being the social butterfly who can't bear to be alone, of course said yes. He went back to the dorm to dress properly because he was in rugged clothes when he was practicing his guitar. He came out and dressed in a golden brown sweater with jeans and black converse with a fedora on his head to meet up with his friend by the said male's car. Driving the lane to the gaming arcade accompanied with his friend's judgement remarks of his choice of fashion for today with Taehyung defending that it was actually pretty cold today for him, took almost no time at all. Taehyung wondered who they were meeting until his friend parked directly in front of the arcade. In front of a girl who was holding her phone. He rolled down Taehyung's window and nudged him to say hi. "Um, hi." Taehyung said awkwardly with a smile.
@Taehyung A few days ago Jinri was talking to a friend and he mentioned being friends with Kim Taehyung. The same Kim Taehyung she's been listening to non-stop since she heard his solo songs on the L.I.V.E's repackaged album. Expressing her excitement to meet him, her friend agreed to set up a meeting for them. He asked that day and received a message later on with Kim Taehyung's answer. They agreed to meet at the gaming arcade, because who wouldn't choose a fun place hang out? Dressed in a navy blue tank top, a blue and white checkered shirt she left open, jeans with tears, blue high top converse, and a black Yankee's baseball cap, she waited outside the arcade. There were a few people on the street that recognized her, but she paid them no mind, texting her friend wondering if he and Kim Taehyung were on the way.
