Bandle City dwellers are small, rarely exceeding 1m in height, love hugs, and bonding and what not. They are a community-based faction, requiring a lot (and I mean a lot) of social interaction. They are generally peaceful, but cheeky and easy to get along with.

Demacia: Good
Bilgewater: Tense
Piltover: Good, does hextech trade
Ionia: Neutral
Champions in this faction:--
Bilgewater has become a vital trading point for ships, but this has attracted piracy to its shores. Many of the inhabitants are rugged seafaring folk, carrying a variety of weapons around to fend for themselves as Bilgewater is relatively lawless.

Freljord: Some citizens are of Freljord descent
Piltover: Trading relations
Bandle City: Tense
Noxus: Beneficial
Champions in this faction:--
Though seemingly clean and pristine, Demacia is a strict nation. Any form of crime is harshly punished for. Citizens strongly believe in benevolence and order, they shun and condemn selfishness and malice. They see to themselves to uphold the values of righteousness, and ensure that others uphold their moral code as well... Or else.

Bandle City: Good
Freljord: Diplomatic
Noxus: Rivals
Champions in this faction:--
A land of ice and snow, a large frozen tundra. Vicious ice storms hail the area. It is an unforgiving place, and you'd think its people would be united to survive the climate. But the region has been divided into three tribes - The Avarosan, The Winter's Claw and The Frostguard - due to "The War of the Three Sisters".
The Avarosan, led by Ashe, place their faith in unity. Their leader works tirelessly to bring about a single alliance through peaceful methods, backed by a strong army.
The Winter's Claw, led by Sejuani, believe that only the strong survive. Their leader seeks to dominate the ice land with absolute, brute strength. In her eyes, only the mighty deserve to live.
The Frostguard, led by Lissandra, are hidden deep beneath the ancient ruins of the Freljord. Though seemingly peaceful, the truth behind the tribe is that they have been following a terrible enemy that once stormed the Freljord in ancient times. Their leader, plots to bring her masters back to their former glory.
Choose a tribe you will pledge allegiance to.

Mount Targon is one of the harshest territories, where food sources are scarce, and cold winds bite into your bones.
The Rakkor Tribe revere war and combat as a form of art. They are skilled and lethal warriors with an undying passion, fighting to the end with or without a weapon.
The Solari tribe, much unlike the Rakkor tribe, leave their war gear behind to devote their lives to the reverence of the power of the sun. According to legend, the Solari were formed by a warrior who could call upon the might of the sun upon his enemies. Leona is the only one to possess such powers.
The Lunari, re-discovered by Diana, is the complete opposite of the Solari tribe. They revere the power of the moon. Diana seeks to destroy all that deny the power of it after being condemned to death when she discovered relics that proved that the ancients once worshipped the moon.
