This is where our artistic liberty really came in.
Silla
Though they are the oldest of the three countries, they are the smallest and were the last to establish a formal government. Originally a land of nomads and Shamans that tried to avoid the crisis after the singular kingdom was destroyed, it wasn't until they saw the power struggle between Baekje and Gorguryeo that they realized they needed leaders of their own. After absorbing nearby confederacies, the religious leaders appointed "God's Leader" and trained up a militia.

High Priest (Male, leader of Silla, at least in his teens, 0/1):
High Priestess (Female, "God's Queen", at least in her teens, 1/1): Seo Joohyun
Priests and Priestesses (Male or Female, a council of advisors that are training to be priests/esses, at least in their teens, 0/8):
High Council (Male or female, a council of priest/priestess advisors, at least in their 20's, 0/8):
SIlla Militia
Generals (One man and one woman, God's Warriors, in their 20's, 0/2):
The rest of the militia may be any gender and any reasonable age, so late teens on up. They function similar to mercenaries but they do understand battlefield tactics.
Silla Commoners
Silla is a melting pot of nomads, so those that are not of Korean descent and are not the Chinese living in Gorguryeo and Baekje would reside here. They work on a very clan-like structure and have extravagantly colorful bazaars and market places. Silla does have an eastern coastline so there are also fishermen. The workers here would be more like temple es minus the temples, because the shamanistic religion doesn't have buildings like that.
