BASICS
A PAU functions on a Cho Enterprise exclusive harddrive that enables it to run longer without a charge, respond quicker to commands and even assess emergency situations and respond accordingly. With the recent improvements to the Model 03 prototype, Elizabeth Kim and CEO Richard Cho have been able to create an android that looks and feels, for all intents and purposes, human.
All PAUs start with a basic color scheme, and they adapt once purchased to best suit their new home. The basic color scheme is brown eyes, white/platinum blond hair and a Cho Enterprises uniform.
PAUs do not feature reproductive systems (they are built similar to mannequins in that regard), do not consume food or drink and charge via an electric plug, so they are easy to care for and simple to use. Even though they have only been available on the market for a little over three years, there have been no reports of bugs or serious problems with Cho Enterprise's cutting edge design!

Our models come in the following designs.
Model 04 (Home Care): The first to be mass produced and the improved version of Model 03. Model 04 PAUs are gifted at cooking, cleaning, household repairs and running chores. They feature friendly, inviting looks in spite of this design's limited ability to express emotions through the facial wiring, so that they are still good hosts for guests. They learn by observation, so once you show them a task they will be able to copy you exactly to ensure efficiency. Some of our designs have already been trained to be experts at certain cuisine types, certain repairs, nannying, etc.
Model 05 (Security): Model 05 is still in the beta phase, so only a few versions are available. This Model is taller and appears more muscular than our Model 04, due to their reinforced internal structure. The intent of this Model is to provide protection to our elite clientel. A protection that does not sleep. Right now they are only available with a MALE structure.

HOW TO PURCHASE
Unpurchased PAUs reside at Cho Enterprises Headquarters, in the laboratory, so that their maintenance is kept up to date. Once a buyer has accumulated 120 activity points they may speak to the creative director, Elizabeth Kim, about the PAU they wish to purchase. Please note that early models Mother Chip, Gemini 1, Gemini 2 and Flex are not available for purchase as they are not as polished as later designs and pose risks to buyers.

RETURN POLICY AND UPGRADES
Cho Enterprises allows customers to return their PAU with full refund up to 3 days after purchase. Past that you may return them, but no refund will be available. Repair warranty on your PAU lasts up to 2 years and we offer upgrades for free to all eligible models as they become available.
DISCLAIMER
Cho Enterprises recognizes that our PAUs appear lifelike and as such, many might assume they are good emotional companions. However, our PAUs are only programmed to mimic facial expressions and do not have an emotional processor. Their conversational abilities increase the more they are spoken to, rather like a parrot. We do not recommend using a PAU to replace real human friendship and do not hold ourselves liable for any damages that may occur should you take our PAU to any underground dealers who promise you a more human PAU. You may call our customer service hotline to speak to a representative, or our help hotline if you find yourself feeling attachment to your PAU outside of their helpful services to your household.
