Diner

@Yongguk Kibum put his briefcase on the table in front of them and dumped his tie into it before removing his expensive blazer and folding it atop said briefcase to protect it from the sticky surface of the diner table. Looking at his client's choice of attire, Kibum cringed internally at the thought of dressing like that. He had nothing really casual to wear, even if he wanted to. "You're not my only client, Yongguk. Anyone with the power to hurt me won't for the same reason you won't." He said confidently as he undid the top three buttons of his dress shirt, revealing the rather thick silver chain resting against his collarbone, and rolled its sleeves over his toned forearms to sit just above his elbows. "This is probably as casual as it will get."

@Kibum Yongguk simply raised an eyebrow at his lawyers statement. He was slightly confused by the others statement. When the idea of judgment finally clicked, Yongguk simply made an 'oh' face. "Exactly, that's why you have no worries really." He says as if its obvious. "Although I would suggest calming your attire down a bit. Not as much as me of course, but maybe something more casual. Its not safe to look top notch in a city of criminals, even if you are." He warns. "I can do my best to keep city hands off you, but I'm no god so I can't stop everyone. I have enough money to dress like a star, but I'm a criminal so I dress like one."

@Yongguk "It was not my safety I feared for," He assured the young, coffee consuming man before him. It was the truth. He had rather feared the criminal's judgement of his dress sense, given that the clothes the man wore were obviously chosen with less care. Kibum put a great deal of pride into the way he dressed, and enjoyed keeping up to date with all the lastest trends. His friends often for it, though, like it was odd for a gay man to go the extra mile to maintain his appearance. "Also, if I died you'd have no lawyer."

@Kibum "Well that's good to know, I'd expect nothing less from you." Yongguk says, relishing in the sudden surprise on the others face. He couldn't help but find humor in the way Kibum had gotten worried so quickly and chuckled lightly. "You're welcome. You shouldn't worry so easy, keeping you here is in my benefit. No harm will come your way." He says downing the rest of his coffee. "I can be the most loyal man you ever met...as long as you don't cross me." He says in a deathly serious tone before cracking a smile.

@Yongguk "I know every piece of legislation in this country backwards, mate. I assure you that I am 'on my toes' and will be prepared whenever the need arises." He promised his client, though he was mildly distracted at the way Yongguk was looking at him; the man's smirk could be hiding a myriad of worrying thoughts. The compliment to his suit was, therefore, a pleasant shock to Kibum. "Thanks..." He looked down at his favourite black Armani suit and dress shirt and his white tie, not entirely sure if the compliment had been sincere, but he didn't really care. He liked his suit, and he particularly liked wearing it with a white tie.

@Kibum Yongguk sighs and stares at Kibum. "I feel slightly better hearing you say that, but I'm still worried. Somebody wanted me gone, not dead cause they could have easily killed me, but gone. They went through all that to get me arrested, what if they're trying to wager the courts too. When money talks and bull walks, having a strong influence won't get me far. I'm not saying this is the case but, just stay on your toes for me, its what I'm paying you for Mr. Kim." Sitting back he looks Kibum up and down with a smirk. "Nice suit." It was a great contrast to the wife beater, cargo pants and combat boots Yongguk was situated in.

@Yongguk Kibum couldn't quite make up his mind as to exactly how to behave around his client. On the one hand, it might be a wise move to have such an influential criminal as an ally, and he seemed nice enough. On the flip side of the coin, Kibum was struggling to resist his sarcastic urges. "I have no idea what that is supposed to mean, but they have no case against you, and by the sounds of things they won't bother to create one. So I'd be willing to wager that you're safe." He leveled with the young man across from him upon deciding to only be sarcastic when it was circumstantially necessary, and at least be on civil terms with the man.

@Kibum Yongguk sighed while pouring more cream in his cup. "Well like I said I pretty much run this , so convincing the court to let me out on bail was childs play. Even with if it was expensive as hell. Usually I have no trouble with law enforcement, I stay out of their way and they stay out of mine. They stopped bothering to try and clean up this place a long time ago. There's only one cop who even tries, and well me and her have a love hate relationship. But I guess this spectacle was a bit to much to let slide." He sips from his cup and looks at his lawyer. "So what do you think? Am I assed out or what?"

@Yongguk Kibum sat and listened as his companion regaled him with the delightful tale of a drug deal gone wrong. "So," the lawyer stopped his client, and paused for dramatic effect, "you're telling me that you're up for three counts of murder, one count of assault with a deadly weapon and what will likely become numerous drug charges all because the police are not capable of properly conducting a forensic search and processing some bullets? Also, if I may ask," he continued, pointing his finger at Yongguk, without any intention to wait for his permission, "How is it that you are here... And not in jail already?"

@Kibum "My name is Bang Yongguk. I'm head of a huge drug and ion ring in different segments of the city. I pretty much rule over everyone in this . About a week ago I was doing a drug exchange with who I thought was a American drug lord. Come to find out it was all a set up. I knew something was wrong as soon as met up. He was sweating to much, like he was nervous. Next thing I know its raining bullets and three of my best men are dead. The American tries to run, but I manage to grab my gun and shoot the bastard in his back. Didn't kill em', but he won't be walking for a while." He takes a break for a moment to sip his coffee and possibly hear any comments from the lawyer before continuing. "Anyway, all of a sudden the police are pouring in the damn place and all they see is me, a gun, four guys on the floor and about 250,000 american dollars worth of . Needless to say, it didn't go over well."

@Yongguk Kibum smirked at his reputation, waving the waiter away, and narrowed his eyes at the man before him. "Start with your name," he instructed, "And don't leave anything out." Leaning back into the dodgy leather chair he set his focus on his client, preparing to soak up every detail. It took effort, though, listening to the stories of criminals. He had heard some cracker stories in his time. Apparently criminals were a pretty messed up bunch, but he preferred them over the rest of society, who seemed content to be just another number in the government's database. They might as well have had a bar code tattooed on their backs. With the good, law obeying citizens of this town it was a vicious circle of sacrificing their health to go to work and earn money to pay their bills and fix their health when the body they had pushed so far buckled under the pressure of it all.

@Kibum Yongguk smirked a bit at the lawyers comment. He still wasn't to fond of this whole situation, but he couldn't help but respect the mans 'take no ' attitude. Although he wasn't to keen on being called 'boy' it made his skin crawl. "Okay then, but don't call me boy, I do have a name you know." He says before quickl ordering a coffee from the waiter, leaving Kibum to order or not as he pleases. "I hear around that you're one hell of a lawyer. So tell me, where do you want me to start?"

@Yongguk 'Criminals' Kibum thought to himself in a cynical mood as he watched the young man crush a cigarette under the toe of his shoe. They were all the same at first, hated the law; didn't want anything to do with it, despite the fact that their life revolved around it. Breaking it, to be more precise. "If you want my help, boy, you're gonna need an attitude change real quick." He warned his most recently aqquired client as they sat themselves down in a booth. It was an odd place for a criminal to choose to spill their guts to a lawyer, and Kibum was really not enthusiastic about what these seats could do his crisp and expensive suit.

@Kibum Yongguk stood outside the front door of the diner silently smoking a cigarette. He'd be lying if he said that he wasn't fuming at this point. He hated having to deal with the law. He had always done his best to keep the cops quiet, to go about his buisness smoothly and off radar. Still somehow authority caught up with him. That's another thing he hated people waving their authority in his face. The only thing he hated more was having to pay for authority, like he was now. Seeing his lawyer arrive Yongguk rolled his eye. "Follow me." He mumbled as the man approached him, sitting down in a both secluded in the far corner of the diner.
