NEOTERIC layouts is enforcing copyright information for the protection of our products and our gallery. Although there has not yet been any reported instances of plagarism or violation of our set forth rules, we will enforce these guidelines if any future issues are to occur.

Our coders are credited for their knowledge, skill, and time spent producing a layout and/or series of layouts; therefore, we strictly require that you do not remove the credits, despicting that their credited works are related to all products of NEOTERIC layouts©, and the complied copyrighted information for the layouts created within our gallery.
NEOTERIC layouts© layouts are created for the use on and for RoleplayRepublic© purposes ONLY. They were not created for the usage as HTML codes for website themes or such. ALL pictures (unless otherwised stated) used for layouts go to their rightful and respectful owners.
For our patrons' requests, the layouts belong to NEOTERIC layouts©. Although you may have requested for the layout to be created, do not remove the credits given to NEOTERIC layouts© team or you will be blacklisted/blocked and no longer be given access to the layout(s) codes. You will also be asked to not use the layout(s) in any future instances. If a patron contributes heavily to the design of a layout, NEOTERIC layouts will give credit where credit is due to the collaborator.
Any requested layout or premade layout can be tweaked and rearranged to fit your needs. With that said, we strictly will not allow any individual or group to remove the credits given to NEOTERIC layouts© and its coders on layouts that are tweaked or used as base codes with either minimal or significant HTML code rewriting. Removing the credits and continuing to use the base codes is: (1) a violation of our copyright statement, (2) considered plagarism, and (3) considered a crime under most state and federal laws.
If there are to be any additional concerns, they will be added for the sake of NEOTERIC layouts© patrons and for the NEOTERIC layouts© team.
