Being someone who got traumatized deeply, he didn't think of actually trusting someone. Chanyeol couldn't say the reason why he is telling his deep secrets to the man beside him, he just knew this man for a short time and played in the water for a while, what makes Chanyeol spill his heart to Yixing? He couldnt describe it. It was too hard to describe it, it was that vibe that made him trust Yixing whole heartedly.

Chanyeol is actually a really strong person, even though his features doesn't show a bit of strength but inside his heart, he is really mentally strong. He can confidently say that he gone through quite some hardships and it made him stronger emotionally. Chanyeol sometimes just love to hide his emotions to the his friends or even his boyfriend, because he didn't want any of them to pity him. But somehow, Yixing's sentence actually made the wall he actually build of each person when he first meet that person, down slowly into pieces. His own protection wall was crumbling and he was starting to trust Yixing much more than he expected.

"Really? My night mares aren't that easy to actually erase off.." He said in his shaking voice, totally showing his weak side to the other. He didn't know what is happening to him, he wasn't supposed to act like this, he was supposed to be happy and cheerful before telling Yixing that he was alright, but somehow he just can't bring himself to do it. He gave up before letting his wall crumple down into pieces, giving his total trust to the other unconsciously.

@Chanyeol ;

Of everything he could have said; of all the languages that he was ever forced to learn; Yixing couldn’t find any combination to string into a logical and proper sentence. From the moment his eyes registered on Chanyeol, something seemed strange. Something that willed him to speak to this man, because something, anything – he couldn’t put his finger on it. It was something he couldn’t name. Something was bothering him. Something was bothering Chanyeol. Being a host, he’s used to having the stories of anyone’s pasts laid out in front of him, begging him to save them – and he would, to the best of his ability, whether it be just standing by them and giving them a sense of sanity. He’s never had to face something so alike to Chanyeol’s little story though.

It was much worse than his suspected thought of the Caged Bird Syndrome that most rich boys were accustomed to. Yixing’s story was so much more different. Yixing’s story dealt with the gradually tearing of his heart, because the people that he trusted the most turned their backs on him; as a child, they were the only people he could turn to, but they weren’t there for him. His mother, being an international fashion designer was hardly home, and his father slaved himself over his work. His mind reeled to the day he ran away from the mansion, escaping into an open for the first time that wasn’t for business – burning the money that his parents splurged onto him just to keep him busy. Zhang Yixing was born in such a way that enforced he be subject to the Caged Bird Syndrome. So beautiful, yet captured and hidden away from the world, because it wasn’t worthy of him to have his feet wandering around. Yixing hated that kind of life. And the day that he finally confronted his parents, and turned down the heritage, the first time he cried in front of his parents for a reason that wasn’t related to his childish self – a typical baby’s problems; as his parents turned to look at him that one evening, something seemed strange, and his heart hurt so much; his heart remained so damaged that he could hardly breathe.

Pushing aside their differences and anything else, Yixing placed a gentle hand on Chanyeol’s shoulder, “I promise you that we’ll help you get through it together. I’m not talking about just myself and Jaehyun, or my boyfriend,” he cut himself off for a moment, cursing himself, because he wasn’t exactly supposed to mention that he and Wufan were dating – though he didn’t explicitly say it, “But everyone that works for me; because they care too, Yeol.”

@Yixing "Nah. I have been outside since I was 19 when I finally got the feeling of freedom." He said in a soft voice before looking down gulping slightly, he was clutching on his shirt so hard that his knuckles were white. It was pain for him to remember, it is even harder for him to say it out, but he knew his boyfriend was close to this friend beside him, he knew, he could trust Yixing.

"We-Well.." He started with his cracked voice, "I was kidnapped since I was young, I haven't even seen my parents, I never saw them. I was taken away by some people before they started to lock me up in a house, they were a couple. They took care of me during the day but then abuse me during the night. They had MPD, they never went to a doctor that is why they didn't know at all. They never let me out of the house, they fed me well but then I can't play outside, the house was dark, very dark even though it was the day. Only like a little light could shine through the covered windows, I didn't know where was I. I was then kept there for my whole 19 years, treated like a prince during the day and getting scars all over my body during the day." Chanyeol pulled up his sleeve to show his scars, he smiled bitterly letting out a single tear out. "That was why Nemo is my favorite movie, it was the only movie I watch since I was young, it taught me how to keep on going on. I was given freedom when the couple decided to let me off, they thought it was time since I was 19. You may have thought I gone to the police to report about the couple? No I didn't. I was naive, I didn't know what to do as I walked around mindlessly. I was lost, I was kept in the house so long that I don't even know what is happening around me all day. Yixing, I really didn't know what to do.." Chanyeol said softly, "Then I found this place and yeah, started to open up more, the past haunts me every night but I always try to forget it." He said before looking down hiding the tears flowing down from his cheeks.

Yixing arched an eyebrow. As someone who had always drowned and suffered by a forced Caged Bird Syndrome cast upon him, Yixing knew what it felt to be trapped inside at all times. He wondered briefly what Chanyeol was talking about. Yixing glanced over at his friend, and pursed his lips, "Your first time going outside?" he asked. Yixing was like that as a child. He wasn't allowed to step outside, but that was because he was the son of a rich family. At such an age, the news reporters would have gotten to him. It was his parents' way of trying to protect him, but eventually isolation drove people insane. Yixing was a caged bird that broke free, despite with a broken wing. He only had Jaehyun for most of his life.

Being a host, it was easy for him to read the mood, and sense how another person was feeling, despite how distant they might be. It was just something he had picked up through the years of being alone (Jaehyun didn't count in this case, because his best friend was always there, and it became a instinct to be near him; his lifeline, his savior, his closest and best friend). Pulling his knees up to his chest, and sitting in the water, Yixing started softly, "If you ever want to talk, Chanyeol; I'll always be here to listen. I know we just met recently, but you seem like someone I could trust with anything. I... would like to be a figure that you could trust as well, and it's not because you're dating my best friend."

"Mhm..I used to look outside from my house and wonder when am I going to step out of it and splash into the water. I didn't have a chance, this is my first time to be truthful." Chanyeol never told anyone about his past, thinking about it was slightly bitter but he always talked about small parts to people, they didn't care actually because they don't even know in the first place that it was his past. Smiling bitterly to himself, he looked up to the sky, not even looking at Yixing, scared that the other may worry him.

His past was not terrible but was really a nightmare to him. He never said to anyone, even to his closest friend or even his new first boyfriend ever. He doesn't know how to start actually and being able to actually say it out is already a big achievement, but after he said it, his mood will go upside down which was what is happening now. He wished Yixing wouldn't see through him, he never liked someone worrying him.

Yixing tilted his head up to stare at the sky, and sighed softly in happiness. He hadn't had so much fun in a long time, and it was nice to be like this again. His complexion was a slight pale pink in exertion, and he nodded at Chanyeol's statement.

Silence ceased everything between them, and Yixing thought about everything that had happened. Well, maybe he was a bit old for this, but he wouldn't mind it happening again, because you were never too old for fun. You couldn't keep living in a senile state. The brunette dropped down into the water with a splash, and he let the water soak his hair. "That was really fun, though."

@Yixing ( it is okay! )

"You didn't just do that!" He said as he laughed while he sat beside Yixing, his hair was wet so was his clothes. His face was slightly red and he was panting heavily, he chuckled weakly as he looked at his new friend. "That was tiring." He said chuckling softly while he moved his legs slightly, playing with the water.

Suddenly, everything was peaceful. The screams and squeals between them stopped as the sounds of the crickets and the trees swaying left to right were everything that he could hear, panting sounds from both of them are heard as Chanyeol looked up to the sky. He kind of miss this life where he could be free and stuff. He kept quiet, as he momentarily forgot that Yixing was actually there.

@Chanyeol ; ( I'm sorry I'm so late; uni started up again ><" )

Yixing squealed as everything seemed to slow, as if they were in some part of a cheesy drama and the environment around them silenced, but it wasn't anything romantic or the sort. It was like the efflorescence of a new friendship that would be so vital in one another's lives. A friendship that would stick out to the end; or so Yixing hoped.

The brunette ducked, trying to avoid being splashed, only to tumble into the water with a giggle. He was heavy with water, and he grabbed the taller male's leg, dragging him down into the water beside him, with a cheeky smile. He had difficulties catching his breath, and a light red flushed his cheeks from exertion. This was undoubtedly fun.

@Yixing Chanyeol was going to get scolded by his mother but who cares, it is only the time now that he cares. "Yah!" He said while he got splashed slightly on his hand, he quickly ran faster, his legs enabling him to be faster than Yixing. "Go go go!" He said, jokingly before he splashed the other which a big splash, smiling rightly while he continued to smile.

He didn't know what was happening right around him except for the water splashing here and here, the cars honking and screeching sound of the cars slowly stopped as they got lost into the world of their water splashing. It was so fun, he never wanted to stop but he knew he needed to later but now, he only thought of having fun. That is all.

@Chanyeol ;

Yixing squealed in surprise as the taller male pulled him down into the water, and gleeful giggles escaped his lips. He hadn't been able to play around like this for a really long time, and it was undoubtedly fun to be able to shove one another into the water and do a ton of useless things (such as ruining your wardrobe with water).

"No! Not revenge!" Yixing wailed, knowing that made little to no sense at all. The brunette got up and ran through the water, the gentle current and density slowing him down slightly. Regardless he chased after Chanyeol, and tried to splash him and make them both dripping wet with the water. He would have a hard time explaining this to the others at the host club, not to mention his boyfriend.

Chanyeol tried stabling himself when he felt the other pounced on him, his designer clothes was drenched but not that he really mind. He had quite a bit of designer clothes because of one friend of his, he give off a loud laugh making it echo almost the whole river while he wrapped his arms around the other standing up as he slide down making the other splash into the water, he laughed again.

"There! Revenge!" He stood up quickly shaking slightly before running away from the other, he laughed again. He felt the happiness running through his spine as he continue to escape from the shorter one. This was fun, very fun. He looked back as he made a joking 'come to me look', "You can't catch me'"

@Chanyeol ;

Yixing pouted as his rolled up jeans were drenched by the water. Well, that wasn't very nice. That would cling to his legs and be very uncomfortable later, when he made his way back to the club, unless he drove. But Yixing didn't take any form of transportation aside his feet; meaning he was going to be walking back to the club soaked, but anything for fun.

Considering his pants were wet, and regardless of anything that happened next, he would still be uncomfortably drenched, Yixing jumped at Chanyeol, and attempted tackling him down into the water. If Yixing had to get his designer clothes heavy with water (not that he really cared, Yixing was beyond rich), so would Chanyeol.

@Yixing Chanyeol jumped slightly as he was splashed by Yixing, he turned around ruffling his hair making the water splash around before he quickly grabbed another handful of water splashing it towards Yixing. It made his shorts wet this time as he laughed in quite a creepy way but it was his natural laugh.

Chanyeol didn't have much friends because he was really shy, he never got to play like this to another person since his parents were either busy or he had no friends at all. He enjoyed the moments he had at the river by himself but this was more fun and exciting. He regretted why didn't he done this before.

@Chanyeol ;

Yixing squealed in surprise as Chanyeol splashed him, and ran in the opposite direction, in an attempt to catch Chanyeol off guard again. Cupping more water into his hands, Yixing threw it at Chanyeol, and broke into a fit of giggles when it wet the taller male's hair. Yixing's eyes twinkled in amusement, and he flashed the other a sweet smile.

As a child, Yixing often ran to the river outside the mansion and played around in the water with his cousin. He's always done it, and he loved to, but as they grew up, his cousin began to get busy with her own things, and they just couldn't play around any more. The brunette would play alone, but he supposed that playing with Chanyeol revived those pleasant memories.

@Yixing Chanyeol blinked as he stared at the other, observing every little emotions in the other's face. Well, suddenly a smile spread along Yixing's lips as he watch him bend down and grab some water. What he didn't expect next was that Yixing splash the water at him, Park Chanyeol. He was surprised for one moment before smirking, when he played with water. Everything changes.

He reach down grabbing a handful of water since his hands were naturally large before splashing Yixing, making the other's shirt wet at one big spot. He laughed with his usual loud, cheerful laugh before he jumped up and down. He was enjoying this, with his new friend.

@Chanyeol ;

Yixing turned to look at Chanyeol in surprise. It was almost like the other read his mind. Yes, he would like to play in the water. He had not done so in a while, and that invitation was just so tempting. A smile spread across Yixing's lips as he bent down to be able to reach the water, and cupped it into his hands, playfully splashing Chanyeol. The action was an expression of agreement in Yixing's own childish ways.

Yixing back away from Chanyeol, sticking out his tongue childishly at the other and making a sound that sounded vaguely like 'blehhh'. Water was something Yixing always loved. The way it trickled between his fingers; and the way another person's face contorted into shock when he threw it in their faces.

@Yixing Chanyeol peaked at the water slightly before smiling like he always did. He was the smile he always had when he was happy, he looked at Yixing slightly suddenly having the feeling of jumping down even though he was a little cold. "Do you want to, play in the water?" He pointed at the water curiously, with his big doe eyes looking at the shorter one.

He always loved water, he often run to the Han river without his parents at times during his childhood days. Just playing in the water running here and there is fun, it was fun to him but he didn't know if the shorter one liked it. Maybe the other though that it was childish?

@Chanyeol Yixing nodded, understanding what the other was going on about. He heard that often. The fact that people wanted dimple but couldn't have one, or that they have one, and it just totally doesn't suit them in any way. Being a host, Yixing has heard a load of bull, but this time, he genuinely understood where Chanyeol was coming from. And yes, the brunette could be considered mean, but he would personally think so.

Yixing raised an eyebrow as Chanyeol shifted, and took a step towards the water, "It's nice out today," he remarked, looking back at the other. He felt like taking off his shoes, and rolling up his pants to go play in the water, because Yixing was childish like that. But he decided against it, considering he had company now.

@Yixing Chanyeol give off a bright smile while he lean in poking the dimple lightly, he was amazed. He didn't care what others think actually, since he know that he is perfectly normal but this dimple he is poking seems so interesting to him suddenly. "I always loved dimple since my mother had one, and I thought it was awesome. But sadly, I didn't get one since my father didn't have a dimple. It looks amazing, how the skin could move in naturally. Understand?" He said blinking at Yixing.

Dimples. Oh how he loved it so much, the place was getting more chilly as he start shivering a little actually. He wanted wearing really thick clothes since he didn't know it will be that cold at night, but he tried his best not to show he was cold to Yixing. He smiled naturally, hiding his coldness.

@Chanyeol The corners of Yixing's eyes crinkled slightly in mirth, and he smiled at the other. When Chanyeol stepped closer, he was surprise, but the remark didn't catch him off guard. Yes, he had a dimple, he was quite aware of that. "Yes, I do..." he replied, baring a light smile.

The next question though, caught him by surprise. Poke his dimple? What? That was an interesting request, but because of the look on Chanyeol's face, he just couldn't say no. The brunette awkwardly nodded, and silently wondered what was so great about a dimple. Some people found it really cute, but it was really just a deformity in the muscle, but then again, his boyfriend liked to poke it too. "Sure, why not," he smiled.

@Yixing Chanyeol smiles to himself like he done something really good, he was glad he made Yixing lau-- Wait. Chanyeol blinked as he walked a little closer to the other and smiles suddenly. "Yixing! You have a dimple!"

He was excited since he always wanted a dimple actually, he envied the others who have one. He felt dimples are just adorable and only some people can pull it off. Now he see it on Yixing's face, he was shocked out it suit the other. He blinked looking at Yixing with his big yet cute eyes, "Can I poke it?" He said, his voice echoing the now almost emptied Han River.

@Chanyeol Yixing raised an amused eyebrow at the other's words. Oh? Well, that was an interesting remark, Yixing laughed softly, the tone letting itself echo through the still darkness. He looked up at Chanyeol, eyes glimmering with amusement, and his dimple indenting his right cheek, "Aw, you're funny." he told him, smiling.

Yixing wasn't exactly one who would befriend a stranger right off the bat like this, but Chanyeol seemed nice enough. It wasn't like everyone in the world was completely evil or anything. The taller male seemed nice, and Yixing's psychiatrist did tell him that he should be more open to people instead of keeping everything hidden away. He supposed Chanyeol would be a good reach for that point. Making new friends was a good thing, right? Unless they were serial killers.

@Yixing "Yixing.." He said softly to himself glad that it sounds nice. He start smiling softly, knowing he was getting more comfortable with the other. "My name is Chanyeol, and I know my voice is quite deep but puberty just hit me." He said, wanting to make a small lame joke. He wanted Yixing to laugh, he wanted every friend of his to laugh.

Yes, surprisingly. That is how fast Chanyeol can make friends sometimes, or treat the other as friend. He knew that he could trust less than 1% of his friends. But friends are friends, friends to him are to have fun with. Best friends to him are the ones who he can really lean on. Their surroundings were still very quiet, he notice that the time was 7.20pm. Knowing it was still quite early, he smiled at his new friend. Excited to know the other more actually.

@Chanyeol Yixing bit his lower lip in thought as he examined the other. Such a deep voice wouldn't normally go with such a cute face, but Yixing brushed it off. He managed a light smile when the other barely stuttered out a question, and his lips curved into a pleasant smile, "I'm Yixing," he said, deciding not to give out his last name, since his full name was quite renowned, and that may scare off the other - again.

He found the way the other straightened himself up cute. And he brushed off that idea that maybe this guy would be good to work with in the club. A stark difference from other hosts, but he didn't have room to invite any more people into the employee list unfortunately.

@Yixing Chanyeol lift his head up slowly to stare at the stranger he just met, he observed the other to know how the other's voice was gentle and comforting and his body is a little built. Feeling a little more relaxed, he said softly in his usual deep, but shy voice. "M-May I know your name stranger?" He said softly looking up, gaining a little confidence since the other looks nice.

He straighten himself up as he tried to look at least a little more confident, he pat his hair slightly making it look presentable. He was quite a perfectionist and he didn't want to look back in front of a stranger. He wanted to look good and inviting.

@Chanyeol Yixing raised an eyebrow. There was something about this other person that seemed so strangely endearing. He seemed so shy, and quiet, and Yixing couldn't understand why. Sure, he was talking to a complete stranger, but that didn't necessarily call for such shyness. "I'm fine," Yixing replied, his voice gentle, as if not wanting to scare the other male.

The awkwardness between him and the other was thick, and he swore that if he darted out his tongue for the briefest moment, he could taste the solid awkwardness. Yixing remained quiet, as he analyzed the other. Yixing was never really one to pay attention to someone who bumped into him in the middle of nowhere. He wasn't going to stop for that. But for some reason, the other seemed really tense. "Um, are you sure you're okay?"

@Yixing Chanyeol blinked at the other before looking back down, acting like a 5-year old kid doing something wrong. "I-I am alright, a-are you?" He said, his lips trembling slightly while he stuttered. He was scared once again, he never was confident of himself. He played with his fingers while he continued to keep quiet.

The soft sounds of waves crashing against each other was heard, the soft ruffling sounds of the leaves were heard. It was peacefully quiet, but a tense atmosphere was between him and the stranger. His shoulder's tense up as he continue playing with his fingers, only the sounds of the nature was heard and the only thing that is really interest him was his fingers. Okay, when did his fingers became so beautiful.

@Chanyeol There's something about the night sky that soothed Yixing's mind. He found himself hanging around the Han river very often. Not because he wanted to, but because it had some sort of entrancing beckoning to it. And it wasn't in a frightening way at all. It was merely something he couldn't resist visiting. The lights. They were the main attraction to Yixing, because he's always admired them, regardless of his mood. The owner of the host club wore a light grey jacket, and black skinny jeans as he walked in the summer night. The stars speckled themselves in the sky, juxtaposed to the ebony darkness of the night.

Yixing stood still, and he noticed another person. Generally people left him alone, so he didn't make an effort to speak or anything. The Chinese male kept his eyes trained on the sparkling colorful lights, and sighed softly. The scenery was beautiful, and the way that light indigo light contrasted with the one bes-- Yixing snapped out of his thoughts when someone bumped into him. His eyes recognized the person as the one who had been a good distance away a little while ago, "It's alright," he replied, glancing at the other worriedly, recovering from his recoil of being hit. "Are you okay, though?" It was the instinct of a host to make sure another was okay.

Chanyeol walked along the Han River as he sigh softly in relief at how cooling it was that night. He was wearing a long sleeve hoodie and tight jeans, he was also wearing a black and blue hat which camouflaged into the dark night sky. Shivering a little as he looked around to admire the scenery, he didn't notice the person infront of him.

It was like suddenly, he banged into the other person. Everything suddenly went into slow motion as he blinked, turning around to look at the shorter one. Indeed the other was shorter, the stranger he banged to was quite skinny, and was in light purple hair. He immediately bowed at the stranger, "I-I am sorry! I-I di-didn't mean to bang t-to yo-you." Even though naturally born with a deep voice and tall height, he didn't make good use of it. He was shy and always was the coward in people eyes, some people thought it was cute. Some just thought he was just a big loser. His ego is quite low, but he was a kind hearted person. At least.
