inner city minister - in charge of the inner city affairs, anything like crimes, they take care of them.
middle ring minister - the same as the inner ring minister, but make sure the economy is going well within this ring.
outer ring minister - although there is not much to the outer ring, there is still many things to be taken care of. this minister makes sure everything is in tact, and that nothing is stolen from incoming goods.
minister of defense - in charge of making sure no guards are attacked by anything, and that no rabid gets into the walls.
minister of food - in charge of the food intake of humans, making sure that all ingoing cargo is safe to consume.
royal scientist - in charge of new discoveries and the cure to the rabid disease.
