EXOGENESIS
ELEMENTALS
INNER TURMOIL
The nature of the False Gods traced back to the original Gods, and the nature of these beings simply denied peace. There were lesser beings whose existence came when Life created them instead of being the spawn of the Gods. They were often called Elementals first as a sort of derogatory term cast by the False Gods, which they turned into a proud title of their own.
They are destined to fight each other as they covet the winnings and gains of their nemesis or neighbors for the amusement and entertainments of the "greater" beings. Then, a covenant was found quickly after the first combats sparked. It stated that if a lesser/weaker Elemental triumphed over a stronger opponent by either killing them or forcing their resources to run out, he/she would gain more, particularly fame while the loser would only see their life and wealth disappear to the fight coordinator. On the other hand, the winners can gain more rare findings and weapons through the duels.
If the victors managed to climb their ways through their opponents and not be crushed to death by one of them, there was the chance of said Elemental being able to be qualified for the greatest honor of all: to compete in the Milieus Arena.
OTHER ELEMENTS
An Elemental can actually have more than one Element that they can wield, but said Element that they are most dominant at will be the Element that they are identified and marked with. Any other Elements they utilize must be able to coexist with their dominant Element (ex: no Light with Darkness or Life with Death).
*Note: Elementals have to convert different types of energies within them to support different Elements. Thus, if your character is a Tri-Elemental, they will be weaker at controlling and utlizing them than a Dual-Elemental, who will be weaker than a Mono-Elemental.
MILIEUS
To be able to be qualified for the Arena, an Elemental must have the will and the sheer determination to withstand the odds by how they came to one of the False Gods' attention and favor. Whether that be simply blazing a path through their enemies or through more subtle and hidden ways such as poisoning their enemies before battles, s/he would be one of the thirty Elementals in the Arena; each of them would be chosen by a False God to battle for them through a smaller tournament that would be held in each Fake God's respective kingdoms.
In a yearly tournament that is often the highlight of the year with even a festival before each of the matches, the Elementals are forced to battle one another to the death until one last Elemental stands. Said Elemental will be given riches beyond their wildest dreams by the False God who has sponsored them and will have the chance to battle one of the False Gods themselves.
EXOMENTS
Chen: Aether is the domain of the immaterial things; it is where the stars reside and the medium where all the energy waves move. Aether elementals excel in manipulating the dimensions and electricity along with making themselves immaterial.
Luhan: Entropy is randomness; it is that thing that makes a glass unfixable once shattered. Entropy elementals deal with disarray and chaos in everything; they love to confuse their opponent from the very beginning and gamble with luck and probabilities.
Tao: Time affects everyone, everything that has and will ever exist. It is present everywhere and can change events and things that can or will never happen. A time elemental has control over the order of the events, he can slow down his opponent, reverse his actions, or hasten himself.
Kyungsoo: Earth consists of minerals, metals and terrestrial beings, the very ground beneath one's feet. Earth elementals take advantage of advanced shields that will reduce the damage inflicted upon them, and manipulate the earth in a way so that they can be protected from attacks.
Suho: Water umbrellas over the branches of ice, alchemy and aquiatic beings. Water elementals have a variety of skills that they can use to both cripple their enemies and heal themselves. They generally have a good balance between offensive and defensive skills.
Sehun: Air fills any place not already crowded or occupied by any other elements. Air elementals control any gaseous substance and airborne beings. They can take advantage of their freedom of movement and speed to deal extra damage to their opponent.
Chanyeol: Fire is one of the most destructive elements, it can be used to accomplish a variety of tasks with much attention. Therefore, Fire elementals are highly destructive; they rely on impressive and fiery skills to wipe out the enemy arsenal. Their moves are often quite wide-spread, but the elemental themselves are usually weak in defense.
Baekhyun: Light symbolizes all that is good and righteous in the world, law and order are maintained. Light elementals dispense blessings and befriend angelic and righteous entities. Light elementals can exalt themselves and their allies, heal them, or deal damage to death and darkness elementals.
Lay: Life is what makes something alive, what gives it the power to move and act. Life elementals rely on a wide variety of powerful and different creatures and spells; they can heal themselves and improve their ability to summon creatures along with being able to communicate with those creatures to fight and protect them.
Kris: Gravity is what holds everything together; it prevents the world from falling apart. Gravity elementals deal with mass and size; their ability to accelerate objects makes them formidable enemies. Gravity elementals have skills that will make themsleves unstoppable or waste the enemy attacks on a resistant defense.
Xiumin: Death is the end for everything, this includes even the gods and the universe in the end. Death elementals deal with poison and infections; they will slowly kill their opponent and creatures often slowly and methodically to make profit of the taken souls while their enemy will waste away to nothing.
Kai: Darkness is what allows the unknown to hide and for fear to reside. Darkness elementals are masters of subtlety and the trickiest of all elementals; they can hide, absorb energies, steal and manage anything that dwell in the shadows hidden from the eyes of the others.
Fighting
Fighting in the Milieus arena will be determined by the Milieus Master, but to determined if your character's move has hit or missed their opponent on what scale, roll the dice after you say that your character made such attack (do not state whether or not it hit the oppnent, the opponent's roleplayer will be able to write that based on the roll that you have made for your character's attack.)
dice roll = hit or miss
1 = Miss widely
2 = Miss moderately
3 = Miss barely
4 = Hit barely
5 = Hit moderately
6 = Hit directly
For example, if your character decides to kick their enemy, you will write that your character kicked AT the opponent - do not write if they hit them or not. Then, you will roll the dice, and say that you got a 3 which means your character barely missed the opponent. Then, the opponent's roleplayer can write accordingly and say that the kick barely missed their character, which they can have their character try to attack back if they want.
