CAPTAIN'S QUARTERS

@ஐ Park Jimin He was in the solitude of his own room, where only one flame of a single candle left a soft light to leave a delight of tranquility into his bitter heart. perhaps his storm would never die down, but for a moment or two, he would choose a single day for the simple laziness that needed to kick in, a day where his thought didn't remember memories that held happiness and with only a single twist in faith; it was lost, not only the memory but the dear one that clutched his heart and twisted it in more ways than one, twists that left fire works instead of dark desires, a distraction away from golden treasures yet, the last squeeze was one of cruelty and virulence, one that destroyed a treasure bigger than the golden ones saved within the hearts of the forests and the seas and rocks he had traveled to.


His fingers tapped against the wooden table, his eyes casted down on the map with strings attached to each side, every destination that had been visited saved on the wide map written down by the grandfather of him, the map passed down from generations to his hands and he was there to complete the adventure, one he was born into. his brain was an active creature, it had mind of his own that seperated the thoughts from thousands of minds that lived within one skull enough that sometimes he, himself could not process the amount of information and creativity that bursted through, causing severe headaches that pulled the worsts of smokes out from in between his lips.


The iron was an experience of pain, the most horrifying one that shall not be said again. the story was never mentioned, just another history to be told from different tongues of liars. the iron tapped against the old paper sprawled out before him, a frustrated growl spilling past his lips before he leaned closer, a blow and the heat of the candle was out, perhaps just a little help to put a light out inside the thoughts that begged for a release, a break. even though the pirates drank on the deck, enjoying the daze of their lazy break for just the night; this time he could not join. even when his default state of being was of pure sourness, he allowed himself to get lost in the filthy smell of the pirate friends that walked on his golden child of a ship- but not now, not tonight.



His figure disappeared into the darkness of the shadows, pulling the old dusty brown coat with little tears at the side off, all of them due to the after effects of the war of the swords and his hook that had sank into his own clothing out of anger and so much more that needed to burst. the white, loose clothe has his muscles losing their tenseness, the coat exhaling a loud dust as it fell on the hanger but then there were steps, light cautiousness followed in the steps that had the male staying within the engulfing arms of the dark corner of the room. the steps were bare as they stepped into his barriers- a daring move indeed. he was of unfamiliar nature, a face too clean to belong to the dirty scarred faces of who belonged to the ship. a lost boy? a runner- and oh. recognition filled the facial features of asperity, silence staying as the only music that played within the room. his back slowly met the wall behind, his eyes following the lightness of the steps that seemed to seek for something. he almost wanted to chuckle at the needy behavior with the simple wonder of whether the boy knew that he had stepped into the devil's home.


"going somewhere?" His voice was made of thick honey drops falling and melting into a glass of warm milk but there was an edge that held the bitter taste of whiskey on its edges. the two top buttons were left undone as he welcomed himself into the light that slipped through the glass the boy was aiming for. the shook held a glisten brighter than the expensive objects in the room, allowing the dark lashes that held a dangerous glint within his onyxes to be shown to the other.

"was not expecting a guest, also didn't think you'd leave so soon"
