As an avid -follower, I'll admit I've always been a little biased towards these types of roleplays, but I'll try to be very impartial with this. I never joined this rp because I was too busy, but I've followed it's progress enough to want to feature it here. Purr for Me is a hybrid roleplay that became a hit the very moment it existed. I'm not sure if it was the timing, the adorable concept, or the precious pink/purple cotton candy aesthetics but it really took off! I've never before seen a roleplay where every rper there had AT MINIMUM 3 charries. It was so common to see people asking for "fourth" or "fifth" face-claims in the comments and--- while I was certain that sort of enthusiasm might trickle out--- it was impressive to see that they all had so much muse to even request for such a thing. It shows a lot about the rp and those that are in it, especially in terms of their dedication and excitement. Many of those users are STILL there, having remained in the roleplay all 5 months of its existence. It's pretty easy to find a feat in that, itself, seeing as the maximum livelihood of most roleplays these days span out to about a month or two... WITH a revamp. But this place has still chugged along strongly. The admins are quite dedicated and have devoted so many rooms to the needs of the people there. They don't need to force out 230482304 events per week just to keep people involved, and that makes the roleplay all the more self-sufficient. Overall, Purr for Me is a place with a very adaptable and easy concept--- but it holds within itself a semblance of "old RPR". I can easily imagine a place like that existing in the site's "finer years" and it's why I can't help but feel a since of pride that it's still standing tall.
