Guide and faq

Alright, so let me explain the concept and your positions as best as I can. The roleplay is based on pre-Meiji era Japan, however it's not quite Japan itself. The reason for this is simply because I dislike restricting nationalities and also because most of our muses are Korean anyway. The country will therefore be referred to as the land of Wa, which is the name Japan had before it was known as 'Nippon' or 'Nihon'. The language is Japanese, though, but only you and I know that. The society is cosmopolitan because of good trade relations with neighboring and distant lands. That being said, let's talk about the classes and positions associated with each.  The factions you can choose to belong to are the yakuza/mafia, the  Shinsengumi (upholders of the current government that believes in slaves and vassals) or the Ishin Shishi, who seek to overthrow that. You can use google to read up more on them, because these actually existed at some point.

clASSES AND POSITIONS

The three classes, again, are geisha/maiko, civilian, and samurai. If you wish to apply as a geisha directly, you are eligible for the following affixed positions:

Civilian:
The civilian class means that you are an ordinary citizen. You can be a doctor, merchant, or restaurant owner.

Warriors/Assassins: Unlimited position

Shinsengumi
