chockful of vending mahcines of every kind (excluding the type) and espresso machines, the student lounge is a cozy study space for when the weather outside isn't as nice.
@PARK CHANYEOL When Chanyeol showed off that height of his when his long legs propped him up, all it had the young woman doing was raising an eyebrow and tilting her head up to keep her gaze on his face at least. Ugh, what an . He was pretending not to understand what she was saying, of course he did, you had to be an idiot not to know English well enough to understand what she'd been saying at his age. Soojung had every thought of stomping on the man's foot, or better yet, punching him in the face, maybe even kneeing him in the crotch - see if he understood what she was saying now.
"Drop the stupid act, I'd like to think people who get under my skin have a couple more brain cells than that." Soojung quipped. She wasn't so angry to assume he wasn't smart, of course he was, she knew what major he was in and she knew a fair few people tended to drop out of it in the first year alone. With her pretty eyes narrowed on the man, she always had that feline look about her, and it only seemed to grow whenever she was angry with someone which... unfortunately was quite often.
"I'm warning you now, Chanyeol. Stop distracting them, its finals and I need them to do their part of our stupid group projects. When that's over, feel free to use them as you want but until then, back off."
As if to make her point any clearer, the woman stepped close enough that their chests almost bumped up against one another. She didn't shy away from Chanyeol's gaze either, her own hardened, cold. There was a reason she'd earned her nickname, Krystal, beautiful but cold, hard, unbreakable. With a sigh leaving her lips, she glanced at her phone for the time before it began to buzz, the number a familiar one and she knew she had to answer. So glancing at the man, she sighed, figuring she'd get nowhere with him no, and lord save him if he thought of interrupting her during the call, Soojung's thumb swiping over the screen to take the call.
"Hello?" She began in her distinct San Franciscan accent of hers, turning on her heels away from the man and continuing to speak down the line, pacing up and down as it seemed to be a call from work about modelling again.
@JUNG SOOJUNG Tablet perched on his lap as he sat loosely on the armrest of a couch in the student lounge, Chanyeol was avidly explaining and showing the images of his friend's (and co-partner) new clothing line. However, at the sudden, rapid appearance of a girl whom he knew as Soojung, he quickly started wrapping up his mini-impromptu business meeting that had taken place. It was dissipating fast anyways, thanks to the effect of Soojung's ominous presence.
"Yeah so if any of you girls are interested in being models or know of anyone else who is, just text or give me a call to the number on the business cards I gave you!" He called out, still completely ignoring or acknowledging Soojung's presence; a warm smile flashed to the retreating girls. Even after that, he only proceeded with packing up; closing his tablet and reaching down to put it in his satchel bag placed on the ground in between his feet, instead of greeting the other 4th year student before him.
Zipping up his bag, he finally stood up, coming to his full, tall height to gaze down at her. "Haiiii Krystal." Chanyeol childishly said, grinning widely and speaking in a thick Korean accent as if he were just starting to practice English. "I'm fine, thank you and you?" He brightly replied, obviously playing dumb to all that she had just scolded him about. It was crystal clear that the latter didn't like him and the feeling was mutual on his behalf for the most part, but often he did think it was a shame that the attractive female didn't like him. If she was fond of him in even the slightest way, he was sure they would have hooked up at least once or twice by now, which would have been a huge achievement, for the school adored Soojung. The latter was always cast as main or 2nd lead female roles in every big theater production that the college would showcase, well known around everywhere (a local star in short), an astounding athlete, model student and even the college's arts program poster child.
@PARK CHANYEOL Soojung had had just about enough of Park Chanyeol. She could just about stand the man usually, but recently he'd been really getting on her nerves. Why? Because he'd been distracting a lot of the female students who she needed to work with when it came to modelling. group projects, by the way. She'd heard a gaggle of girls swerving by the classroom and heading off somewhere else instead of the damn lessons they were supposed to be all having together.
"Screw this." Soojung hissed, grabbing her back and notebook before she stormed out, following the girls down the hallway to the student lounge, she saw some kind of try outs or auditions going on and low and behold, it was Chanyeol with a smug look on his face hidden behind sweet lies and crooning words that had the girls squabbling over exactly who he was even looking at.
"Move." The woman muttered, standing in front of Chanyeol before she folded her arms over her chest and looked at the tall man, narrowing her eyes on him in response as the rest of the room had gone quiet aside from a few whispered gossips.
"What do you think you're doing? Its finals coming up and I need these people to be doing their work, not to be distracted with what you're doing. Empty promises and all, as usual." Turning away from the man she knew words would only get her so far. So turning on those who had gathered instead, Soojung set that icy gaze she was known for on the students in front of her, most of them taking a step back just at the sight alone before they backed off.
"Get to lessons right now. Before I have all your names put down for appropriate punishments. Get a move on!" Soojung added on the end line in English, waving her hand in front of her which had some of the remaining people starting and jerking away as they left with whispers among them. Looking over her shoulder at Chanyeol, she waited until they were left alone before speaking up once more, this time in English.
"Don't be such an . You can't just start recruiting people people when we're having finals. Especially when we get put in groups and I have to work with people." Soojung reminded, brushing her long, silken hair over one shoulder whilst glaring up at the man still.
"Well? Haven't even got an excuse?"
