ㅡ restaurant

@Kim Taeyeon "hey, i may have my own car but that doesn't mean i'm a good driver. you'll be gripping the door handle the entire time as we're driving and i don't want your claw marks on my car." he nudges her side when they walk into the restaurant and he takes a seat beside her, looking at her instead of the menu. "if you're gonna be scratching up my car i want to be because of other reasons." his tone is soft when he whispers in her ear, retracting with a short laugh.

"if you count sehun as my girlfriend, sure." baekhyun opens the menu and looks around, leaning his shoulder into her before laughing. "don't be jealous over girls you've never met. not like we were together at the time anyways." looking through the menu, he turns to her again and tilts his head. "what do you want? i'm kind of in the mood for the fries."

@Byun Baekhyun a warm smile appeared on her face when he kissed her, then looking up at him with a pouted lip. “gosh, baekhyun. just don’t be late! or next time i’ll eat alone and let you starve.” she brings up her hand and pinches his nose, her fingers finding his and starting to pull him inside.

“eating in my car then making out? i seem to recall that you have your own car, mister byun. maybe you should drive /me/ around since that’s all i did before.” her words are sassy but her tone is soft, the employee greeting her with a little smile. he showed them to their table and they sat.

“this is a nice place. where did you find it?” she opened the menu and looked inside, quirking a brow at the options. “or is it a place you’ve taken your previous girlfriends?”

@Kim Taeyeon baekhyun’s grin grew when he saw her, standing in what he can assume to be the sweater he lost and was looking for yesterday morning, a usual routine he never thought he could get back so easily into. he was grateful for it all the same, ignoring her words for a moment so that he could kiss her cheek, a week of not seeing her rested heavily in his heart, he couldn’t get enough of her.

“not my fault. my manager drives like a turtle.” he chuckled against her cheekbone. “i don’t expect any more though, since it /is/ 2am.”

baekhyun pulled away then, giving her that signature grin and a tilt of his head, his hands grasping onto her arms. “oh no, eating fried chicken in your car. what a nightmare.” he shrugged, looking up at the restaurant. nothing special, he picked it out himself, a hole in the wall restaurant that was probably the only somewhat classy one open at such a time. it was also a bar, baekhyun hoped that the drunk people in there wouldn’t recognize them.

“it would be just like old times, noona. not that this is a busy place for us to miss our reservations.”

@Byun Baekhyun “you’re late.”
taeyeon murmured, once baekhyun was close enough to hear her. even though voices were obsolete, so made sure to speak in a hushed tone in the dead of the night, even though no one was around and people were paying them no mind. they were just another couple in the street, much like the others that passed by, arms clinging and laughter loud.

“we could’ve missed our reservations, you know.”
her voice had a lilted teasing to it, some form of nagging she hadn’t been able to do in a while with him. she meant no harm by it, and even kissed his cheek when she brought her arms around his waist. no one was looking.
“then we would’ve had another night of stall food and eating it in my car. a shame, huh?”
